This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the large shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Enjoyable condo near Kama'ole Beach 3

Just across the street from Kam 3 Beach. This is a favorite resort of ours due to location. First time in this condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, boards & towels included! We had a very nice 2 week stay.

We booked this condo for our family of four. The location was great and we had everything we needed. The view from the lanai is lovely. We all enjoyed the pool and the nearby beaches. I highly recommend staying here on your visit to Maui.

Amazing stay!

We had a really great stay at this property and the location was very convenient. The accommodations were updated with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrella were in great condition. Both air conditioners worked well. The wifi was mostly good but we sometimes lost signal in the bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting through PMI Maui was easy. The pictures and description of the condo were right on. Having a keypad meant one less key to worry about. Assigned parking as well as a designated car wash area. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park III. Walking distance to several places to eat. Great location, short drive north to Lahania or south to Wailea. We loved the fish at Paia Fish Market South Side and the food trucks near there especially Kihei Fish House by Maui Grill. Although we did not use the pool or the BBQ grills, many people did. There is a Foodland grocery store nearby as well as an ABC store for some grab-and-go items. We look forward to coming bak soon!!

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described, and even better! It was clean, well equipped with kitchen and beach gear. The 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer were a big plus for us. The property manager, Matt, was very quick to respond to all communication before and during our stay. We loved the location close to all the South Maui beaches and easy access to the highways to go elsewhere on the island. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous View, Well-Equipped, Clean!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and well-furnished with comfortable furniture and fluffy towels. The closet had everything we needed for some epic beach days (the umbrella, wheeled cart, and beach chairs were really appreciated). My mom said the bed was very comfortable. The hide-a-bed I slept on was... a hide-a-bed, but I knew that going in. Still slept great! Loved that the TV had Netflix available - always a bonus. Thank you for a great vacation!

*Great Location*

We absolutely loved the location of this property! We had a view of the ocean from our balcony and we could walk to the beach (Kamaole). We could also walk to several restaurants that were about 1/4 mile north. We appreciated the random spices in the kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart that were available for our use in the condo, too. Our only drawbacks were the noise from the pool (8am-10pm), the cleanliness of the floors (our feet were black within 30 minutes of showering) and the challenge of getting a replacement lightbulb (call the front desk, then call and get a return call from property management, then they knock and walk away, return with wrong bulb). Love Maui!

Thank you for being our guest. Glad to hear that you loved the location of the condo. In regards to the floors, we complete a 2 step process prior to every check in. The floors are mopped by the cleaners and then following that, another person inspects the property and they redo the floors with wet Swiffer pads. Being that Maui can get very windy, the dirt travels quickly on the lanai's and then back into the units. Thanks for reaching out to let us know that a light bulb burnt out during your stay. As it is not a standard light bulb, and then being asked not to come into the unit to see what type of bulb was required, it then led us to have to return twice. We are happy that we were still able to get it sorted out, quickly after you provided us with the burnt out bulb.

Perfect and what was expected.

Friendly complex. Well stocked. Neat and clean. What could be better? I give the bed a 7 out of 10. Not the worst but a little more could go into a higher quality. Air conditioning. Somewhat marginal. Our friends stayed in a split A/C system/unit and it was amazing. 3-305 has a wall a/c for the living room and it manages, but the bedroom has portable a/c which is not up to speed? How is that you ask. I use them in my large master bedroom in California. This unit has the least expensive home depot a/c that is about $340 all in. It is excessively loud which makes sleeping difficult for me. I started wearing ear plugs. In my personal home I have a unit that I paid about $650 for (Costco) and it is very quite a makes a world of difference. The small unit can't handle the humidity that well. I wonder if the have a different unit in the owner's closet for when they stay. But for that it would be a 10/10.

The condo was very clean, well equipped, and the entire complex is very well maintained. We really appreciate all the beach gear that is provided for guests. The location is excellent - across the street from the beach and the small marina is very close for boat excursions. The pool area is nice and the grounds are great for families with kids. We really like dealing with PMI Maui for booking the condo. They are well organized and they don't charge exorbitant service fees or require full payment at the time of booking (unless it is only 30 days before the rental date). We have recommended PMI Maui and Kamaole Sands condos to our friends and family and we will definitely be returning.

Kihei vacation

The property manager, Matt was really helpful and easily accessible. It's a lovely condo. It was really nice that the condo had a boogie board, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest. We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Maui in the future.

Coolers, boogie boards, fins, beach towels are all in the condo unit. We're from Oregon so good AC is a must! The master has a great unit to keep you comfortable and the main living room also has AC if you need it. I love this condo location to everything from the elevator, pool, parking spot. Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay! Matt, at PMI is also quick amd helpful to answer any questions you might have during your stay. I'd give it more Stars if I could!
