Book with confidence, this nicely updated 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (818 sq ft.) condo at Kamaole Sands. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort.
The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. . Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

Cleaning Fee: $175.00

Damage Protection Waiver: $30.00

Service Fee: $50.00

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Lovely condo!

We had a great stay in this cute condo! Nice ocean view from the deck and a great location. The property was clean and just as described. Communication with the property manager was easy and he was very attentive!

Thoroughly enjoyable experience

Loved the location. Walked across the street and snorkeled and bogey boarded-depending on weather. Best weather on the island while we were there. Friendly people. Safe and clean. Comfortable king bed. Mattress on pull out could use a little padding. We loved to lay there and watch the sunset.

Great condo in Kihei!

Everything about our stay was great. This condo is conveniently located across the street from Kamaole III Beach Park, at the southern end of Kihei. Wailea Shops/Dining and Makena Beach are just a short drive away. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Condo was good

Location of this place is great you can walk to the beach. Condo had everything we needed and a great view. Kamaole Sands pool rules were ridiculous. We had substantial rainfall and the only thing we could really do is hang out at the hot tub. The pool was Roped off one day and the hut tub was cold the next. BBQs we’re out of commission and we ended up throwing away the meal we planned on grilling. If you want to waste money on amenities you thought you were paying for this is the place for you.

Spectacular views and ideal proximity to the ocean and the Kihei boat ramp ( for divers) as well as a truly very well maintained property with fountains and a nice pool/ jacuzzi area make this a stand out location.White egrets on the lawns and tropical flora and fauna everywhere.BBQ grills for use on property and there are recycling containers👍.Our condo was absolutely lovely, super clean, had everything one could ever need incl. sewing implements, water and beach toys incl. a boogie board as well as designated beach towels - Thank You!!Mattress and sleeper couch very comfortable and of nice quality.Kitchen well equipped, from coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave ( perhaps a bit of an age, buttons are hard to activate) etc. and all the pots and pans, colanders, dishes, glass ware and utensils, corkscrew, ladle — anything one could ever need.Keyless entry was also appreciated.We hope to return to this condo in the future— It was perfect for us.THANK YOU 😊

Very Satisfactory

We’ve stayed at Kamaole Sands various times in the past, as well as at other properties in south Maui. 10-210 provided us with a very good experience and we would definitely choose to rent this property again. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and that everything was in good working order. Our stay was over two weeks long so I also appreciated that the unit contained enough basic supplies to last for the duration of our visit. The only exception was laundry detergent. There was literally only about 1-2 tablespoons in the container. But in the whole scheme of things, that was a minor inconvenience. We found the king size bed to be quite comfortable. The furnishings were basic and not particularly stylish, but they were clean and functional. I liked the choice of wall art. The one change I would suggest is to get rid if the tall metal lanai table and high metal chairs. We are older, with a couple of joint replacements between us, and found this outdoor furniture to be difficult to use and too large for the small lanai. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in Kihei. This condo was just as described. Loved that it was in the building closest to ocean. The road was busy and close but the fountains right outside the balcony were running all day and evening so blocked out road noise. Had no issues with loud neighbors. Grounds were beautiful. Condo was very well stocked and very comfortable. We like to snorkel so went to different beaches every day and although when we were there, the snorkeling conditions were not ideal, we still managed to find some nice places to snorkel nearby. Walking distance to many restaurants. One of our favorites was Cafe A Lei. Overall enjoyed our stay here very much!

Great condo near the beach!

Condo pictures were accurate! It was fully packed with everything you could need for your stay! Lots of kitchen items, beach items, and linens. Safe neighborhood and very family friendly. We crossed the street to the beach every day during our stay. Lot's of food nearby too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very comfortable, with outstanding location

Nice unit; everything you need close at hand. Air conditioning was a plus but didn't need it much. Right across the street from Kamaole III beach. PMI manager was very nice and took good care of us when we had some internet glitches (all resolved quickly).
