The Reet/AM15b vacation home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here—over 100 m².

On the first floor of the vacation home is the spacious living room with a cozy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. You’ll also find the guest restroom with a shower and the entryway here.

Access to the southwest-facing terrace—which is equipped with a beach chair, among other things—is directly from the living room. On the terrace, you can make full use of the electric grill (tabletop grill). In addition, a garden sauna (for a fee) is available for your use, which you can share with Vacation Home 15a (you’ll receive the key at the front desk).

In the evening, you can wind down by the cozy fireplace. The elegant electric fireplace also provides cozy warmth. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The entire first floor is tiled.

In the attic, you’ll find two bedrooms with two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and closets. One bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. The attic also features a washing machine and a bathroom with a bathtub.

In the loft, there is another bedroom furnished with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A handcart (subject to availability) is available for your trip to the beach. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge.

The vacation resort on Mariannenweg is located in a traffic-calmed area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot, with individual parking spaces, is located directly at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the vacation rental. Your security deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and, provided there are no complaints or defects, will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort features its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the animal-shaped swings, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.
