This bright, modern, and comfortable vacation rental (approx. 75 m²) is centrally located on Bahnhofstraße in Zittau. The attic apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic downtown area as well as the train station and the narrow-gauge railway. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a couch and TV, and two separate bedrooms. A parking space is available. Bed linens, hand and bath towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo are included in the price. A hair dryer and a washing machine are also available for your use. On the first floor of the building, you can enjoy dinner and/or a cocktail at the MISTER BALES restaurant.<br/> The apartment is not suitable for children (ages 1–12). Due to noise issues in the past, we are currently not accepting bookings with children out of consideration for our neighbors. It is located on the 3rd floor (attic level; no elevator).<br><br><br><br>On-site fees: Payment is due upon arrival in cash or by debit card.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
