The main living level features an airy open-concept design with expansive Gulf views throughout the living and dining spaces. Step onto the spacious beachfront balcony to enjoy morning coffee, coastal breezes, and unforgettable sunsets over the water. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bedroom with custom double-over-double bunks, and a full en-suite bath.
Upstairs, both bedrooms feature king beds with private en-suite bathrooms, offering boutique-hotel comfort and privacy for guests. The Gulf-front primary suite opens to its own private balcony overlooking the emerald waters, while the second king suite provides a tranquil coastal retreat.

We loved our stay and the location could not be better! It was our 8 month old grand-daughter's first visit to the beach and we were lucky enough to be invited to enjoy it. Great decor and accommodations and we will definitely want to stay here again!

Emerald Hill 6 is a beautifully maintained, comfortable property with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy! The views of the beach and water are spectacular! The location - in the heart of Sea Grove - allows quick access to fabulous restaurants (Angelina’s, Bud & Alley’s, George’s, Great Southern, etc.), grocery shopping (Publix), and Goatfeathers (fresh seafood). The very best about this spot, though, is the never overcrowded BEACH just steps from the unit! The owner provided excellent communication and made the stay that much more enjoyable!

We’re so happy to share our gulf-front home in Seagrove Beach with you. We love spending time here with our family—relaxing on the beach, riding bikes to Seaside, trying local restaurants, and just enjoying the slower pace and beautiful sunsets.
We decided to become hosts so others could experience how special this area is and create their own beach memories. Our goal is for every guest to feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home from the moment they arrive.

We chose this neighborhood because you truly cannot beat being directly on the Gulf while still being so close to Seaside and all of the shops and restaurants along 30A. The area has a relaxed, family-friendly feel without being overly crowded, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and exploring. The scene here is slow mornings with coffee on the balcony, days spent on the beach, bike rides along 30A, and evenings watching the sunset over the water. One of the things we enjoy most is that you can easily walk or bike to nearby restaurants and shops, but still come back to a quiet, peaceful stretch of beach. It really is the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.

What makes our property unique is that it is truly gulf-front — not just gulf-view or a short walk to the beach. You can walk straight from the property onto the sand, and the views from the balcony and living areas are hard to beat. We also include daily beach service with two chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning, which makes your beach days easy and relaxing without having to carry or set anything up yourself. (Please note: This service is seasonal and is provided March 1 through October 31st.) The location is another thing that really makes this property stand out. You get the peace and quiet of being right on the water, while still being just a short bike ride or drive to Seaside and other 30A restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and incredible views.
