A refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged for one-night weekend bookings or at the host’s discretion. SMOKING: whether inside your unit, in a common area or roof deck, no smoking of any substance is allowed. Smoke damage to a unit will result in a $1000 fee 5. KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote or entry FOB. The best thing to do after checking out, is take a photo of your keyset, and text us you've left the keyset behind and have checked out. 6. By completing the booking, you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. 7. Please take shoes off at door entrance. 8.Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold. -We use noise monitoring sensors (Noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise. -Background checks- we use Autohost to check backgrounds and may need to collect more information to go with your IDs and credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not pass or or have any bad history. - You Must accurately share how many guests are coming.
