That said, I was disappointed to see the 3-star rating, as the concerns you mentioned primarily relate to the third-floor location and the stairs rather than the condition or quality of the condo itself. The property is accurately represented in terms of its amenities and location, and the photos clearly show that the condo is not at ground level. I certainly understand that stairs may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with mobility limitations. You never reached out to ask which floor the condo was on before or during your stay. If you had contacted me about this concern, I would have gladly refunded your money without any questions. Reviews are extremely important to us as hosts, and a 3-star rating has a significant impact on our listing despite there being no major issues with the property itself.
