This spacious vacation rental (70 square meters of living space and a 20-square-meter terrace) is located on the garden level of a two-family home on a 4,000-square-meter lot between the mountains and the sea in the hinterland of Nice, Cannes, and Antibes. It is easily accessible via an automatic gate.

Both bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), have their own bathroom with a toilet. The living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, includes a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace, with its south/southeast orientation, invites you to relax from morning until evening. Here you can wind down in the evenings with a delicious meal and a glass of wine. The sunny garden, featuring a heated pool and additional seating areas, is also at your disposal.

The property:
During the day, relax with a good book in one of the shaded outdoor seating areas, cool off in the clear water of the pool, and enjoy the balmy southern French evenings with a chilled glass of rosé on the terrace. By the way, the pool has a shallow edge area that’s about 30 cm deep, which is particularly well-suited for small children (under supervision, of course). At its deepest point, it’s about 1.60 deep and is in the sun all day long.
The natural part of the property is especially fascinating for little adventurers, who can keep themselves entertained there for hours on end. A true paradise for children and adults alike, making your vacation an unforgettable experience.
The entire property is fenced in. The house and garden are virtually invisible from the outside, ensuring your privacy is protected during your precious vacation time.
The driveway with a remote-controlled gate leads directly to the 2 covered and 3 uncovered parking spaces; from there, you’ll reach the entrance to the vacation rental on the garden level.

Activities:
A game of boules on the dedicated court offers plenty of vacation fun for young and old alike.
You’ll find peace and relaxation in the cozy, shaded spots in the garden—and there’s plenty of room for children to play in the wooded part of the property.
At the pool, with a shallow end for children (approx. 30 cm) and a deep end (approx. 1.60 m), you can truly relax, take the occasional swim, and cool off in between.
Numerous excursion options in the surrounding area offer plenty of variety. Charming mountain villages such as Tourrettes-sur-Loup (2 km), Gourdon (9 km), Vence (9 km), St. Paul du Vence (12 km), Grasse (13 km), Valbonne (13 km), and Vallauris are easily accessible without traffic jams. The coastal region, with its glamorous cities such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and Monaco, is worth one or more trips: swimming in the sea, visiting museums, and experiencing the luxury of the Côte d’Azur are not to be missed. You’ll also find smaller fishing villages there, and the Italian border and the charming coastal towns beyond it are also within easy reach.
The area around Tourrettes-sur-Loup, with the wild and romantic “Gorges du Loup” gorge, is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. It’s perfect for swimming, hiking, climbing, and guided whitewater tours.
Beautiful hiking trails lead up to the nearby mountains, offering magnificent views of the coastline between Cannes and Nice as well as the crimson-hued Esterel Mountains.
Mountain bikers can really let loose here.
For paragliders and hang gliders, the flying areas of Gourdon, Greolières, Roquebrune (Monaco), and Sospel offer flyable conditions almost year-round.
Golfers and tennis players will also find plenty of places to play in the area.
