Private Townhome in W. Vail very close to the slopes on a free shuttle.

This property was off rental for a season. Now it is back in the rental market. It is a beautiful 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Town Home We are a 3 min walk to the free bus shuttle to the slopes. You can be on a Cascade lift in 10 min. The town home offers a lot of privacy to the guests. The entrance level has two bedrooms, queen bed, and full bed with an adjoining bath.
Both living room and kitchen are on the middle level. This allows for a lot of privacy. When you’re in the bedroom you don’t hear anyone.
The top level includes a master bedroom with a king bed and a two sink vanity.
The kitchen is well supplied for your vacation needs. There is a gas grill on the deck. Washer/dryer is at the entrance level, which also has plenty of space to store your skis and boots. There is a new boiler and you will never run out of hot water.
We are located 3 minutes walk from the bus and a 10 minute ride to the first ski lift. This is the second stop on the bus route to the slopes, so you will usually get a seat.
Parking is in the carport. Guests are not allowed to have pets in the complex. This is a smoke free unit. There is a cable T. V. in every room and high speed Internet. You don't need a car to get around. The buses run every 15 minutes during the winter season. But if you do have a car, you can park it right there in the carport. No snow to clear on those powder days and we have plenty of snow.
Our town home is bright and sunny. It is freshly painted and very clean. The location is convenient to the slopes, which is very important on those snowy days. You are in a residential neighborhood. This is a quiet unit, perfect for a relaxing vacation after a full day of skiing. All my guests enjoy staying in my condo which is evident in my reviews.

We had a great stay at this property again!

The property was clean and warm, kitchen is well stocked with basic necessities (better than most properties we stayed at). Great location and the best of all - the property owner, Maria, is very responsive, flexible and made our stay really great! Would definitely come at stay at Maria’s property again.

Lovely spot in West Vail.

We had a lovely trip to Vail. Our group of five -- parents and adult children throughly enjoyed our time. The condo was very comfortable for the five of us. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils and pots & pans. We ate all breakfasts and several dinners in the condo. The living room was a comfortable spot to hang out in. The location was fantastic -- it was a 4 minute walk to the shuttle stop to the mountain. All around a wonderful trip.

Well stocked and lots of room

This condo is very large - 3 stories so We were able to really spread out. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with utensils, and towels and other basics. Our stay was cut short due to the COVID-19 virus, but Maria was very kind to refund 3 of our nights. Communication with her was great and the condo lived up to and exceeded our expectations. It's right on the bus route so the location is very good. Thanks for a short vacation! Next year we hope to be back!

Great stay

We stayed for at the townhouse for the Spring break and had a great time. Maria, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The townhouse was great and very spacious. The location in west Vail is awesome, right at the red/green bus stop, and after several minutes on the bus, you get drop of literally feet from the lift (Cascade Village). Highly recommended!

Super convenient and steal of a deal!

Maria is a fantastic host and her condo is conveniently located in West Vail close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. The size of condo is a steal at this price compared to other similar units in the area. We will be back for sure!

Spacious quiet condo- responsive owner, close to Vail & Beaver

Clean and spacious condo. It is close to Vail and Beaver, we skied at both resorts (Vail is a little closer) but both within 10-15 minutes of drive time. Kitchen is well equipped, and covered parking is great during winter. There is a grocery store and many restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Condo is in a quiet neighborhood, so you get good sleep. Owner is responsive, and helpful.

A wonderful retreat in West Vail.

This is a great 3 bedroom townhouse that I had the pleasure of spending a week in. The beds were soft and comfortable, all the basics were provided even though we had our own (soap, shampoos, conditioner, spices for cooking etc..) We had a total of 3 couples staying for most of the trip and the separation of the unit is wonderful. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have their own bathroom and easy for someone to retreat for a nap, while everyone is on the 2nd floor playing board games or chatting on the balcony. The master is on the very top floor and is absolutely massive. We also had a friend stop by for one night and sleep on the couch. The unit is definitely large enough to accommodate an extra person if they ski with you for the day. HD Tv's with cable TV in every room if you want to relax in bed after a long day of skiing. Safeway and Citi market is a quick 5 minute drive away for groceries and the bus stop for the Vail Red is just a block up the road. All in all, I highly recommend staying here and will definitely try to stay here again next season.

Perfect condo for a ski vacation.

Maria’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable, quiet, and right on a shuttle bus route to the ski slopes. It is even nicer than the pictures portray. The covered parking is useful, and there is plenty of space to store skis etc. Maria is the perfect host - kind and helpful, and close by if you have questions. We have staying in many vacation rentals, and this is one of the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful ski vacation rental!

This unit worked really well for our family. Spacious, well stocked and Maria was very helpful too. The shuttle bus was quite convenient and a quick ride to Lionshead area at Vail. This was a great value, and we would definitely rent here again!

Convenient, well-equipped, a home from home!

The layout of the condo worked well for us with a private king suite on the top level, and two queen bedrooms on the lower level sharing a bathroom. The mid level had the family room, dining room and kitchen and a half bath. The kitchen was very well stocked. Quiet residential area, just a short free bus ride from the Vail centers. Two parking spots, one in the car port on the entrance level and one across the road. Good wifi and DVR on TV.

Very convenient location, nicely furnished and a very considered owner.

We arrived in a rented car and having a covered carport was an added benefit. The fireplace provided both visual and warming comfort and the fridge can store enough food for a large family, for a week. On our next ski trip to Vail, we will be looking to re-book this condo.

Wonderful home, perfect for friends and family, and skiing from Lionshead.

Everything was wonderful. The unit comes with a carport next to the door, that can accommodate a large SUV. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. It's a great value for the money. I would highly reccomend this property. Enjoy the magic and beauty of Vail.

I short term my condos in both places. I am very conscientious about making my rental units very comfortable and enjoyable for my guests. In Vail, I live in a house near by and I am always available to assist my guests in
anything they need.

I bought this condo because of it's location and layout. There is a lot of privacy when you have guests. The master bedroom is upstairs and the guest bedrooms are downstairs. It does take a little energy to get around but it is good for you.

I am on a direct bus route to town and the slopes.
I don't like to drive if I don't have to and this condo is just right for me.
