Great house with a beautiful view

This is a perfect get away house. Very close to everything you need for your stay. It was our second time staying and we loved it just as much as the first time. We will definitely stay again😊.

Rest with a view...

The property was very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and even more resting! Its a perfect place to get away from the responsibilities of home/work.

Great time

Place was exactly what we wanted considering we had a pontoon as well. House had everything we wanted. Pool and spa was definitely a plus with kids. After spending the day in the river and boating, evenings were great in the pool. Private dock was awesome.

Sister trip

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!

River house paradise

Host and Dawn are awesome. My yearly family trip. This place had it all, pool was great . The kids love the games. The fishing was awesome. My little one caught 3 fishes in about 20 mins. All cause of Dawn Secret bate. I appreciate everything Dawn was able to do for us and Jamie. Thank you guys.

Family vaca

While the kitchen needs a little TLC and updating (only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove work and a couple of the drawers need repair) it is very spacious with enough room for multiple cooks! The pool was a blessing with the power going out for over 8 hours one of the days we were there! It is a comfortable size and we were able to purchase umbrellas to put in the holes provided which helped keep us cool. The rooms are comfortable. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Hi Lisa! Thank you for your kind words and we are soooo sorry about the power outage it was out of our control with monsoon season and the power company, really glad they got it fixed though! We are working on Kitchen upgrades that include the whole kitchen and stove. Hope to see you again.

Very Disappointing

Despite the listing and verbal assurances from owner's reps, the oven does not cook food; it only gets to a temperature of warming food; and the BBQ does not work to cook food; again, only perimeter burners used for keeping cooked food warm. The Internet routers are in locked box and we could not reset them. Internet went down many times. The Contract was onerous and asks the renter to pay for appliance repairs, pool equipment repairs, maintain smoke alarms and any other item of defect not noted on an "Inspection Sheet" at check-in which house mgr. had no idea what we were talking about. We noted 31 items of not working, needing repair, needing maintenance and stains, etc. that the Contract, according to its terms, would have renter pay for if renter did not turn in the Inspection Sheet, which was nonexistent from Owner or owner's reps to renters. Interior front doorknob fell off shortly after we arrived. And the two other doors on the main floor were locked by owner or owners reps.

Hi Mary, My family and I had no problems cooking in the oven this past weekend. You were at the house when a monsoon overcame the whole city. The internet was down because of weather. You broke the door knob and then blamed it on a broken door. We did not charge you for that. You claimed that your husband cut his hand on the door knob. We could see him on the cameras fishing. We did not force you to sign the contract when you were not comfortable with it. I suggest if you do not want to go on vacation please do not blame the homeowner, you left early on your own accord. I am sorry the weather wasn't the best but I cannot control that.

Perfect location for a getaway

The property was absolutely everything we could have asked for. The pool added a completely different experience as we have never been able to have a pool while on the river. Inside of the property was well kept and had plenty of room for our group. Would definitely recommend for a stay!

Labor Day Weekend with family and friends

This is a very nice place but is in serious need of owners attention. First there was no guest or instruction book. The cleaning lady had to come back twice when we first arrived because of no towels for 10 people and the place had not been cleaned properly. The kitchen was exceptionally disgusting. There was no propane in the BBQ, we had to go fill it ourselves. No ping pong table as advertised. Other than that it's a beautiful home perfectly located and our whole family had a blast. The pool was great and everybody loved it.The dock was perfect for the seadoos and boat.

We strive to make your stay as best as possible we know vacations are for family fun so I am very sorry that there were some issues. When we reached out to the cleaning person regarding your issues she immediately responded with "I got it it was a minor issue" and "Just left they (are) happy". The propane issue should not have happened as we interchange 4 tanks throughout the year and there are 2 tanks upstairs and 2 tank downstairs. The ping pong table is a child sized table that can also be changed to a air hockey table (also child sized) it is located next to the Jukebox downstairs. We hope that you and your family stay with us soon. BEST!

Very roomy large home with a beautiful pool and great location!

The home was large and the outside had a table to accommodate 8 people and a picnic table by the water. The master bedroom had an attached BR and was large. The kitchen counter-top was large, which made it nice to serve food. And like I said the location was good for us (boating on Lake Mohave......) Unfortunately the kitchen was not clean, the stove top had old food around the burners and many pieces of silverware had to be washed. The smaller bedroom had pillow shams but no pillows and had a toilet and sink. The second bedroom had a bathroom in the hall. The third shower was down stairs. The dining area in the kitchen only sat 4, we used coolers to sit on to accommodate our other couple (we had 3 couples), so we could eat together. The owners always responded to our questions right away.

Thank you for staying at our family home. Since your stay we have changed the cleaning policy in the home and changed the cleaning person as we were having a few issues with details such as you have mentioned in your review. We hope to have you stay again sometime soon!

Easy River Access and plenty of space

Our stay was mostly spent on the river. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service until our last day, but the owner was easy to communicate with about any issues.

Good Times!

Great stay, large open kitchen. Couldnt have found a better place to stay. Owners very responsive, down stairs AC wouldnt work but even in 110 degree weather it was tolerable. Would definately rent again.

Overpriced, mislead and VANDAlIZaED

This property is has a listed price a night but with bumped up charges and additional add on it comes up to a couple hundred dollars additional a night .. I been renting river homes at Bullhead for 15 years at least ones a year. This year we waited until the last minute to rent and agreed to this home b/c it fit our needs , dates and description. Check in was at 3 pm we couldn’t check in until 5pm due to they were still cleaning the house from last visit. No WIFI... the property manager arranged us to speak to their provider.. The provider told us they have not had WIFI for 2 weeks and didn’t have a scheduled date for repairs. This was disturbing because they rented this to us knowing we weren’t going to have WIFi and didn’t give us any notice. That was a big one since everyone carries their devices and most are on a working vacation. Day 2 we woke up to cut trailer light wires and one of our JetSkis was completely drained of gas... Compliments of the neighborhood. A/C in main level would not work properly and shut down throughout the week. Over all maintenance in house was terrible, light fixtures, oven and pool was dirty and could not see bottom. Pool man came after we called and could not use for 24 hrs. This property is definitely disappointing considering their price per night stay...Do your math before renting…

Incredible home!!!!!!

I highly recommend this place. The home is amazing and well kept. We had so much fun staying here! Property is close to the boat launch and has beautiful view of the river. This has definitely been the best experience! I will definitely be back

Wonderful time, comfortable home for my large family.

Huge master suite, kitchen had lots of counter space with a wonderful view of the river. Patio was awesome with spectacular pool. Owner friendly and easy to work with!

A little piece of paradise

Absolutely loved staying here! The house was very well kept and spacious, with a gorgeous view of the lake. The backyard was huge, and had a beautiful pool overlooking the lake. This place is perfect for a family getaway, whether you want to relax and unwind by the pool or bring your boat for a ride down the river! The owner is very tentative, and gave us all the information we needed, and answered any questions we had regarding the house. We will be going back to this vacation home in the near future, and will be recommending it to anyone we know looking to visit Bullhead City or Laughlin!

Great experience

I really enjoyed my experience at this property . The home owner was very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the process. The place was a very nice 2 story home that was located right on the Colorado River . The home was very clean and felt very homey. It was close to the major casinos in the area and I was always nice coming back to relax at the home. I definitely look forward to planning my next trip here sometime soon in the future!

Stayed in this home beginning of July and unfortunately had a very hot couple of days and due to size of home very hard to keep cool. House has plenty of room and can sleep 8-10 comfortably. Pool is nice and lots of room out back with easy access to river. Had to call owner four times and he was very responsive but the house is old and out of date so not worth the price you pay. Here are the problems we ran into, the oven didn't work correctly, the refrigerator has to be put at a certain level or it won't cool your food or drinks (lost several items of food due to the fridge not working correctly), front door is pain in the you know what, has a button on door if you forget to push it your locked out, can't access the garage so your vehicles are stuck in driveway, I guess in winter that's not a problem but when it's over 120 your vehicle is very hot. There is no ping pong table as advertised, not a big deal to me but grandkids thought it was, there's an old multi game table in bottom floor that is falling apart, I guess that's what is advertised as ping pong table. Home does have DISH satellite TV with very limited channels. Overall the house has plenty of room and most items you need are provided but don't expect to much from this home.

We are big family and we love our house. We have infants, young children and adults. Our house is one of our most prized possessions, our children love it, the adults love it and we have loved the river since we first visited Laughlin in the early 90's. Most of the work completed on the house was done by our family. From the design of the pool, laying down the stones in the back yard, building and rebuilding the dock, new drywall in the house and repainting and updating the kitchen.
