A wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen with a new ice maker, along with a full-sized laundry room with iron and ironing board.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

*A maximum of TWO (2) vehicles are allowed at the complex. One is included in your booking but a second pass must be purchased ($50) at check-in, if needed. Added parking is available off-site at the Bella Beach Properties office for $50/stay. Trailers are not allowed on the property.

The Location
Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south making it one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach. Dolphins love to play in the pass so it almost a guarantee that guests will catch a dolphin sighting.
Amenities include a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise.
