Grand Pointe Unit #203... From the moment you walk into this condo, you will fall in LOVE with the spectacular gulf views as well as the exceptional views of the Perdido Pass! This beautiful and spacious condo is sure to impress!

This condo is like brand new! Since the hurricane, they have put in new furniture, new cabinets, new lighting, new decor, new beds and the list goes on an on! The owners of this non-smoking unit take such great care of it! You will feel right at home. It is conveniently located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the aqua green Gulf and sugar white sands PLUS it has views of Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, and Ole River...

If you like watching boats pass through the Perdido pass from the balcony, fishing off the rock jetties, watch spear fishing at night, see dolphins early morning, early evening and a more private beach feeling and low density area with great dining (7 restaurants) and shopping (several boutiques and souvenir shops also) in walking distance then this place is for you.

This is a GULF FRONT UNIT, with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. One side of this complex does not have views of The Pass, but our side of the building does!! So, your balcony views are so much better!

The living room and master bedroom both have access to the huge waterfront balcony. The sliding glass doors open onto a large private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the views, plus it gets shady in the afternoon!! Enjoy your coffee each morning while watching the dolphins play in the water, so sweet!!

This condo has FREE Wi-Fi and there are TVs and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, and there is a wet bar for your drinks! We offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to enjoy! The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a large private bath with a jetted tub, separate shower, as well as a double vanity...and fabulous views!!! The second bedroom has a king bed as well and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

We love this complex. Beautiful view and great amenities. Condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, well kept furnishings, with plenty of extras like the 2nd ice maker in the wet bar.Would stay again.

Great views from the porch and the beach area wasn’t crowded since it was right before the bridge! Highly recommend!!! Condo was a good size and clean!

Most Excellent place and space

The view is worth the price. The facilities, pools, beach-front, sunrises, all great. Simply one of the best places we have ever stayed. Week was too short. We will be back, again and again.

Great condo!

We booked this condo for a family vacation and we cannot say enough good things about it! The owner, Shelly, was great to work with, and the location can't be beat. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-appointed. We really enjoyed both pools, the gas grills, and the beach. We will be back!

Great place to stay !! View was outstanding & we saw dolphins & boats going out in the morning almost every day !! Condo was one of the best places I have stayed !! Lots of room & the balcony was very roomy !! The owners were great to work with & we decided to stay an extra day & they were excellent to work with !! I would definitely stay there again & hope to go back next year!!

Fantastic Stay

The condo was very clean and pretty. We stayed with my brother and sister in law and had the best time. Sat on the patio every night watching the boats come and go. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Parking was great and the facilities were clean and well groomed. We would definitely go back.

Lovely condominium

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was myself, my daughter and granddaughter. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and had wonderful views. There were beach chairs and numerous beach toys that weren’t listed in the description. Also, there was an extra ice dispenser which came in very handy. We had a lovely time.

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful condo and complex. My family loved our spring break stay here. The view is the best in Orange Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The location is convenient to shopping , great restaurants and grocery store. The indoor pool saved us on rainy days. The owners were a joy to work with. We will definetly stay again.
