Welcome to the Ellis-Haff Cottage, a peaceful year-round retreat tucked into a quiet cove on the southwest shore of Canandaigua Lake. With stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys, this spacious four-bedroom, three-bath lake house offers direct, level access to the water and the kind of calm, private setting guests enjoy returning to year after year.

Our cottage is warm and inviting, with large, light-filled rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout, including a baby grand piano. Bedrooms are generously sized and three full bathrooms ensure comfort and ease for everyone. Outside, the level lake frontage leads to a wide dock with ample seating and a moorings. A kayak is provided for guests to explore the cove and beyond, and you're welcome to bring your own boat for full days out on the water.

Our guests love the peaceful setting and easy access to water activities like swimming, tubing, and paddling. Whether you're sipping coffee on the dock, enjoying a sunset dinner on the deck, or simply floating in the quiet of the cove, the cottage offers pure relaxation. In the fall, the lake is framed by brilliant foliage, and in winter, Bristol Mountain, just 10 minutes away, offers skiing and snowboarding. For hikers and bikers, Ontario County Park is nearby with great mountain biking trails and panoramic views of the Finger Lakes region.
