Welcome to Sac-Be, managed by Peninsula Properties. This classic condominium features a private cenote next to the property and is located in Condominios Sac-Be, on 5th Avenue one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, and very close to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants.



The bedroom has a double bed, closet and private bathroom. In the center of the unit there is an extra double bed, storage and bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, kitchen counter and dining area for 4 people. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room.



Sac-Be Condominiums are located on the famous 5th Avenue in the most touristy area of Playa del Carmen, surrounded by all local commerce. When you leave your apartment you can enjoy the tourist attractions of the city, access a large number of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy yourself with your family.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

- In case you require early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
