The Space This canal front stilted home offers an open concept layout and beautiful marina basin views, giving you a front row seat to the steady flow of boats heading in and out for a day on the water. Inside, you'll find bright coastal furnishings and an airy feel throughout the living space. The dining table seats four comfortably, creating an inviting space for meals and a relaxed start to the day. A Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite morning brew.. The living room features comfortable seating and a 55'' smart TV, making it easy to relax after a full day outdoors. Step outside to the front balcony where you'll find outdoor dining for 4, perfect for enjoying sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. Down at the seawall, loungers are positioned right along the water, creating an ideal spot to soak up the sun and watch the marina activity drift by. The home is cooled by central air conditioning and includes high speed Wi-Fi throughout. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during your stay. Primary bathroom: Features a tub and shower combination Guest bathroom: Features a shower Waterfront Living, Boating & Fishing Tipsy Tiki #374 is designed with boaters in mind, offering a 35 foot concrete dock that can accommodate boats up to approximately 32 feet, with easy access to open water. The private dock includes cleats, heavy duty dock posts, a swim ladder, water for rinsing your boat, and an outdoor shower. The dock area also features loungers along the seawall so you can relax just steps from your boat. You are conveniently located near the marina for fuel, bait, and supplies. From here, you are a short boat ride to Looe Key, one of the Florida Keys' most renowned reef systems, offering incredible snorkeling and diving in crystal clear waters. Picnic Island is also nearby, a favorite local sandbar where boaters gather to relax after a morning of fishing. Guests enjoy easy access to both: The Atlantic Ocean for offshore and reef fishing The Gulf backcountry for exceptional inshore and flats fishing After a full day on the water, fire up the propane gas grill and enjoy an easy island style dinner at home.
