The Space:
Welcome to O`Christie`s Home, a fun, colorful, and brightly decorated retreat nestled in the woods of Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake! Designed for large families and groups, this home combines whimsical charm with high-end upgrades to create the ultimate vacation experience.

- The Great Room: Relax on the main level with new couches, a recliner, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic lake views.
- Family Movie Night: Head downstairs to the comfy sectional for movies or games.
- The Famous Screened Porch: A guest favorite! Unwind in our extra-large screened-in porch featuring overstuffed chairs, rockers, ceiling fans, and a dining table. It is the perfect spot to end a day on the lake.
- Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped for large groups with granite countertops, a Samsung gas stove, two refrigerators with three ice makers, a Keurig 2.0, Delta Touch Faucet, and Fiesta-ware dishes.

Outdoor Living & Waterfront:
- Private Dock: We are just steps away from the water via an easy concrete walkway (no steep hikes!). The dock features a covered slip, lounging area, and picnic table.
- Deck Life: Enjoy our composite decks (no splinters!) with stainless steel cable rails for unobstructed views.
- Nature & People Watching: Watch boaters go by, and/or keep an eye out for hummingbirds, deer, bluebirds, and our local eagle, `Eddie.`
- Grilling: We provide both a Char-Broil gas grill and a Weber gas-assisted charcoal grill.

For the Kids:
- The Jungle-Loft: A true dream spot for children! This loft is packed with dress-up clothes, puzzles, books, stuffed animals, and movies to keep the little ones entertained for hours.

Important Guest Information:
Please read carefully before booking to ensure a smooth trip!
- BYO TOWELS: Bath towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels. We do provide bed linens and kitchen towels.
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit (1 roll of TP per bath, 1 paper towel roll, trash liners, and sample dish soap). Please plan to bring extra supplies for your stay.
- Pet Policy: PETS allowed.
- Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM (No early check-ins). Check-out is at 10:00 AM (No late check-outs).
- Check-In Procedure: Check-in takes place at our rental office: 1233 Deerfield Way, LaFollette TN, 37766 (Office Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM) You will receive your entry code, map, and car passes here. Arriving late? Let us know, and we will arrange a late-arrival procedure for you.

A personal vehicle is recommended for this location. Valid ID and Credit Card required at check-in.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.

Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.

No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.

Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.

Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.

Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.

Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
