This 2 Story Lake House is a Large Group Vacationers Dream Featuring 6 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms (each Bedroom Has Own Bath). 2 Full Length 48 Foot Wide Decks (that's 1000 Additional Sq Ft of Living Space for Your Enjoyment) All With Beautiful Lake and Mountain Views. Large gourmet Kitchen, Laundry Room with washer and 2dryers. 2 Story Dock With Covered Slip, Dock Furniture and a Slide! Plenty of Parking. Free Internet and Long Distance and complimentary GOLF CART!

The main floor features fireplace, dimensional flooring, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and 2 large stainless refrigerators and a built in ice maker. For dining you’ll have 2, large dining tables and a large island/bar that seats 6. The large full house length covered deck overlooking the lake has with brand new patio furniture and a large sized gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor each with a king bed that allow for anyone with issues negotiating stairs to be able to join in the fun.

The second floor features a family room with large screen TV and couches. One bedroom has a queen, Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds and twin bunks as well. The fourth bedroom has 2 full/full bunk beds. Walk out to the large covered full deck with access to the hot tub and firepit. A laundry facility is also on this level.
The covered deck on this level features a lighted hot tub and additional seating. This is a non smoking home. Minimum Age 27 Years for renter responsibility.

It was great to all have our own bathrooms. Plenty of room for our family of 14. Could use some casserole dishes and more cooking utensils. We cooked every night so that would've helped a lot. Loved having 2, Crock-Pots, ovens, dishwashers, fridges plus the ice maker was great!

The host was great and the views were STUNNING. I'd recommend staying here, and I'd also recommend the owners get better maintenance.Unfortunately, the house itself had some issues. Not bad enough to ruin the stay, but enough to knock off a star. Most of the outdoor chairs were broken, there were cans littered outside, both of the showers upstairs didn't drain properly, and the railing on the lower deck was loose enough to be concerning. It was fine, but a little TLC on this place could go a long way.

Great view.

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room for our large group. The view from the deck was gorgeous. It was a little difficult getting to and from the dock but once you got there it was great. We had a great week.

Great Communication and Fantadtic location

The host was very good about communication. Location is fantastic. House is very well equipped. The neighborhood and dock were great. Highly recommend visiting Shanghai Marina, Sugar Hollow and Tiki hut at Deerfield

Awesome Place!!!

Great place for large family gatherings. Lots of room and extra's like two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Views of the lake were amazing. The host graciously allowed us to check-out later as well. Will definitely come again. Thanks!!

Beautiful

The overall stay at the lake was amazing. The view from the house was gorgeous day or night. Roads getting to the house are a bit extreme for the unprepared, but we got used to them quickly. The double decker dock was amazing and our family spent hours there every day floating in the lake, jumping off the top level, and going down the slide. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the water especially for my mother who struggled with the incline on the roads and trails. The host was very attentive and other than a few small issues that were taken care of things were just fine. The previous party that stayed at the house appear to have been a bit wild (road hard and put away wet typed) Again not the hosts fault. We would definitely stay hear again.

A Very Merry Lakeside Christmas!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Michael was very communicative and attentive. The property is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the added touch of a Christmas tree was the icing on the cake. We would definitely return.

The home is lovely with much more room than I expected. The kitchen is to die for! We had lots of folks together, but with the size of the house we never felt crowded or cramped. Everything was delightful, including the host.

Thanksgiving at Skyfall

SkyFall was a fantastic place for our 2 families to get together. Plenty of space, everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need, and more than enough beds. Michael was a wonderful host and the communication was top notch. The road to the house is a little tight but can be navigated safely. We used the over flow parking to only have a truck at the house that could serve as a shuttle van for guests.

Great house for large group

This is a great house for a large group, there is plenty of space to spread out and plenty of bedrooms. The house was well equipped for cooking, having multiple fridges, ovens and dishwashers was very nice. The water pressure was an issue when there were multiple people using the showers in the 6 bathrooms. The 2 dryers were nice for keeping towels dry. Overall, it was a great trip, only wish the house was on the water, as getting everyone to and from the dock was time consuming. Otherwise, it has a beautiful view of the lake and jumping bridge.

Very clean, well stocked and beautiful home/views

Overall very happy. Kitchen and linens well stocked. Everything was very clean and in working order. The subdivision where the house is located is under developement. The majority of the drive to the house is paved with the exception of the last road (about a half mile). We went in late March, the road had not yet been graded for spring and, with the winter rain, the road directly in front of the house was pretty washed out. Also, when they say there is only parking for about 4 cars, that is 100% accurate. The views are beautiful. The dock is very nice. We had a great time!

Lake home with a beautiful view

We loved our stay in this home! Everything in the house was nice and equipped for a big group like ours. It’s got a gorgeous view from that high—Looking from the lake, it seems like the highest home in that area! The dock was fun and worked well with the boat we rented for the week. The owner was responsive and took care of a problem from the previous renters before we even got there to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I will say, there’s only one golf cart and it’s necessary to get down to the dock- several minute cart ride and cars can’t get to it. With our size group, it took several trips back and forth to transport everyone, so be prepared for that. Most neighbors said they had 2, which I think would be a great upgrade to make this house hard to beat.

Great view and better time

We had a wonderful week at this property on Norris Lake. The house was very well equipped, and the double-decker dock was perfect for swimming and jumping off of. The ATV worked very well for hauling people and cooler down to the dock. It did rain several days that we were there, which felt unusual for the lake in July. We have to be careful with the roads and gravel from all the rain. We couldn’t use the pool because algae had grown and made it unusable the week. We were there.. This house has plenty of space and a wonderful kitchen area and deck. It is not that far from town to go in and pick up groceries. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and had dinner at Sugar Hollow and tiki bar

Thanksgiving 2024

We came to SkyFall for our Thanksgiving family get away trip. It was a great house that was very clean. Only a few negative things. 1). I booked this house for use of the golf cart for my older parents so they could go see lake because I knew we were up high. However, apparently it’s not available during off season. Although it wasn’t listed as the on the VRBO sight. If I would have known this, we would have brought our own ATV for them. It changed our trip a lot unfortunately and our parents stayed in the house. There were other golf carts riding around too. 2) one of the bathtub drains in the downstairs didn’t drain. But that is all. We would stay here again, but next time we will bring an ATV.

Extended Weekend

We visited 5/3-5-7/2023 for my graduation weekend. The property was beautiful and set up in the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. I would note that the roads and parking area/general area in front of the house were gravel and set on a steep incline. This was no problem for us. Our family came from out of state in a truck and an SUV. They had no problems. We were in a rental mini-van. I would think a car would have a hard time navigating the roads and area in front of the house. Older adults may have some difficulty walking since the gravel can slide. It wasn’t an issue for us but worth noting for those looking to rent. The views and location were breathtaking! Overall a perfect trip!!

Long Distance to the Dock

The home was nice with a large kitchen/extra appliances which was great for a large family. The deck was beautiful with a lovely view of the lake. Plenty of beds/baths. However, the community pool was not clean (porta potty only for restrooms there); the roads to the home were loose gravel with some washed out spots- some members of our family slipped/fell when exiting vehicles to get to the home due to the gravel and steepness of the hill in front of the home. The dock was a solid 15 minute walk (one-way) on steep hills and lose gravel. The golf cart helped but was touchy and could only carry 4 people at a time which was a challenge for a family of 15 with young kids and grandparents that could not manage the inclines/gravel. We did have some lovely evenings on the beautiful deck, but the terrain/roads and distance to the dock were more of a challenge that we anticipated.

Nice view. Property needs TLC

July 9 through 16th 2025. 12 adults and 1 child. I read all the reviews and looked through the images before booking. We were excited for our stay at Sky Fall. However, the reality is the house itself could use a little work for the price point. First up, water pressure. There is no way for more than one person at a time to take a shower. Zero water upstairs if anyone turns on a faucet downstairs or in any other room for that matter. For a house with 6 bathrooms this seems to be an issue that should be resolved or at the very least disclosed. Next on the list is parking. Be aware that this house has a steep, loose gravel road in front and parking with anything less than a 4wd vehicle can be challenging. We parked cars at the top of the hill and shuttled back and forth using the side by side provided. The side by side is also on the list. When we arrived it was nearly out of fuel (I filled it up) and be warned the parking brake does not work. We had to park it up against a hill to keep it from rolling off when not in use. Other improvements should include: Repair Hot tub cover, replace moldy deck chair cushions & power wash the decks & siding. The inside of the house was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The house offers a lot of room for a big family to spread out. It’s a great view! …just not quite the image portrayed In the listing. Also, our one child was very disappointed that pool was closed and drained.

Good family trip

We had a great time! The views are awesome, the owner was responsive, and the house was clean with plenty of room for all of us. We rented a pontoon from Oasis and used it almost every day. They delivered it right to the Skyfall dock…and picked it up. Now the downsides. The roads to the house and the “driveway“ are washed out, very steep, and mostly loose rock (I.e., slippery). It made getting in and out of the house challenging. Only one of the double ovens worked which was frustrating with a lot of people. We talked to the owner several times about this, but it still wasn’t working when we left. It’s also not an easy ride to the dock. The provided golf cart gets the job done, but not without some slipping and sliding, but still better than having to walk 15 minutes one way on steep hills. We were told there was an ATV, but the owner was waiting for a part. An ATV would have made the trip to the dock a lot easier. Once you get to the dock, it’s a blast. We hung out there a lot! Overall, just 4 stars for us.

Lakeside Estates is a gated community with boat launching ramp, swimming pool and walking trails help make your stay convenient and enjoyable. It is located less than 15 minutes from a large grocery and restaurants. Located about 1 1/2 hours from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg you can also enjoy a fun day trip seeing the sites, shopping, going to shows and other attractions that are popular to that area. There are several golf courses in the area which provide opportunities for a great fall/spring getaway when the weather is cooler and the mountain scenery is putting on its own display. Lakeside Estates is also close to many popular marinas on the lake.
