First floor cabana style condo with private patio (no elevators !), walk out to the largest pool in Daytona, adjacent to the most famous beach in Florida, walking distance to pier, walk next door to a splash park, stay in one of the best maintained studios in Daytona.
This is Harbour Beach Resort, an eight story resort in the best location on the the strip, not too close to the crowds, but close enough to the pier and Ocean Walk to walk. Harbour Beach is a beautiful facility and lacks the noise and rowdiness of other 'resorts'.

This studio is on the first floor, allowing you to access it from the main entrance or from your patio. This is one of only 8 poolside cabana units in the 165 unit resort. The patio has chairs and a patio set . The kitchen has a full size refrigerator (not a mini-fridge) , two burner stove, microwave, and all your cooking and eating utensils. For your comfort are two full size beds, and a pull out sofa. The room can sleep four adults and two children. Your private patio is adjacent to the largest pool in Daytona.

The studio is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme. It has beautiful furnishings, shutters, carpet and bedding. All bed and bath linens are provided. A 55" flatscreen TV provides great entertainment. In the bathroom is a beautiful walk in shower. All you need to bring is some food, toiletries and anticipation of a great, relaxing stay. You will love this room, we guarantee it.

The view is spectacular. Wake up, walk out to the pool and watch the sun come up over the ocean, or just let the sunrise wake you up as you watch it from bed. The pool deck is huge, with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and barbecue grills just waiting for you. You can also relax in our hot tub.

You will have access to our fitness room, onsite laundry machines, and our favorite, a regulation sized table tennis table.

Take the kids next door to a fun city playground complete with rides, climbing bars, water games, picnic tables, and swings

You are minutes from Daytona International Speedway, Shopping Malls and a short 70 miles from Orlando. Oh and by the way, you can even watch NASA launches right from the beach.

It was a fun time to be on the first floor. Clean simple room. Great shower. Responsive host. Could have used a lg bowl, more than 1 roll of tp, and tissue box with more than 2 tissues for our 5 night stay. We had 6 towels, 6 wash clothes, & 2 hand towels that got us through the whole stay. Building staff very pleasant. Great location & close to everything. Pool was beautiful, though too cold to swim. Unique room in lovely condo complex.

As Expected

The condo was exactly as described. I have no problem with the property. Great location. We really liked the access to the pool. Entry to the building and condo was easy. The property owner was great. The only thing I would recommend is that the lock from the lobby to the pool area is worn out. We had trouble with both of the keys provided. I observed other having the same issue. Not the condo owners fault.

Not as good as I had hoped

Pros: pool was nice & big - room had everything you needed to stay for the week & was big. It was nice to have a unit on the ground floor! There was a pair of socks left by the couch & a food container hanging out from the bed but overall it was clean. Cons: Both of my sons shoes were stolen from patio area to the room. There is no staff to be found anywhere in the resort. 2 of 4 chairs were broke on the patio. There were fire ant nests on the patio. We only used this area to dry our wet clothes. Smoking & loud music is allowed at pool & on pool deck. Again there is no staff. Main door to the pool area is right outside this room, it rattles the walls and slams shut every time it closes & people start using that door at 4am. Both beds were noisy, if you moved, it was loud. 1 bed was soft, the other super firm. The only amenity that was open & worked was the pool. In the game room everything was broken except for the ping pong table. There was only 1 elevator that worked for the entire resort which was not bad for me but horrible for everyone else. To go anywhere in this resort, you have to have a key. Key to the front door, door to pool, door to parking lot from the pool & the door that leads from the pool to the beach. The bath tub needs to be replaced! I cut my foot entering the shower because of peeling on the bottom of the tub. My 6 year old likes to takes baths & was unable to because of this reason. It is peeling in multiple spots. Wicker furniture is fraying.

We had a blast

Pool was great! Good family atmosphere. We loved the game room and the park next door. The only bad thing was only one roll of toilet paper and 2 trash bags. Other than that it was amazing!

4th time we stayed in this room. Love the location. Always park in back and never have to use elevator or even lobby. Hope we can get it on Masters Week(golf) for years to come.

PERFECT

Everything was great. Not one hiccup. All as advertised and the pool and beach were a plus. Our host gave superb communication. The facility was nice and the people who live in the complex were very friendly and helpful. If we come back again for the festival, will definitely want to stay here.

Location Location

Although we could hear a few late night pool party people slightly up to 11pm (we just played some ocean sounds on our phones for the young girls), the ground floor cabana right off the pool deck from morning until night was far worth it. Every time someone wanted a snack, a drink, or to use the little girls room... our special quick and easy entrance from Cabana was ideal! The heated pool was a big surprise and it is so large that even with several guest in it, we never felt crowded. The main 2 beds are small sizes (as it states in description) but comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The pull-out bed was merely helpful for 1 teen (do not suggest 2 adults), again nothing I was surprised to know. The kitchen has way more then you really need (very well stocked if you were cooking in a lot), and was very clean. The bathroom has a little bit of age to it, but it functioned very well and I appreciated the cabinet that is above the toilet so there was room for everyone's personal care items while the small sink area stayed open and easy to rinse off a swimsuit or wash your hands. The manager Steve was very kind and great to respond at all times.

Wonderful location

Stayed in this unit for 8 nights through Biketoberfest. Location is outstanding. Close access to all events. Unit was clean, well equipped and had everything we need. Being on pool level is an extra bonus. All staff were friendly and helpful. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to responding. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Another wonderful stay

I’ve been staying with Steve since 2014 And never been disappointed Steve is a wonderful host can’t ask for any better The room is always well taken care of Steve always making improvements New kitchen which is a great more counter space!! I hear he’s doing a new walk in shower another great improvement!! I can’t say enough about staying in one of Steve’s units we like 108 we like the ground floor. You won’t regret staying in unit 108 Or at this resort😎 This year no different another great vacation! Wonderful stay( even with hurricane looming out there) Thanks Steve

Beach! Pool! Fun in the sun!!

Steve is a wonderful host! He responded quickly and was very easy to work with. His place was very clean, modern, had everything I needed to feel at home. It was an easy walk along the beach or on the sidewalk to restaurants and things to do. The grocery store is just down the road. The beach was beautiful ! The pool is fantastic!! The studio is located on the main floor and has a private patio so it’s just steps to the pool and the beach! The bed was comfortable and it is a quiet and cozy space in the evenings. I will be booking again!

Great Stay and Trip

Loved being on the first floor and able to walk right out to the pool. Condo has been updated and looks great. Really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is beds are only full size.

This studio provides an indoor/outdoor feel. Being on the first floor, the cabana layout allows guests to move from the room to the patio to the huge pool deck as if they were extensions of the room. The resort is well maintained. It is constantly completing renovations
