Awesome stay for a long weekend! The house was fully equipped with everything needed for beach activities and grilling! Definitely will be coming back!

Absolutely an incredible property. Spotless home and property grounds. Beautiful touches throughout this home. Extremely well stocked kitchen. We appreciated everything being labeled; especially the light switches. Thank you for making this house feel like a home and not just another random rental.

Everything was readily acceptable, neat and family friendly. Although some directions on the fridge differed from the email itself. So as a guest I would just try to follow the email directions so confusion can be avoided. The house and the stay was very nice, spacious and clean. Thank you very much to the host.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and all the thoughtful amenities, toys, beach gear, outdoor seating options were amazing. Area was quite. Location convenient to the beach. The hosts definitely go above and beyond to ensure guest are comfortable and feel at home. Everything you need for a beach trip is available, so leave all your gear at home, you don't need to bring it with you! We are completely spoiled now and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Carolina Beach.

Couldn’t have asked for a better beach rental, we had 10 people in the family and there were lots of living spaces and plenty of room to cook and enjoy each other‘s company. Beautiful house., We had so much fun together! Also the rental had everything you needed every utensil every plate every dish every mixing bowl propane for the barbecue two fridges for water drinks, etc. couldn’t ask for a better location! also very reasonable price for the location. It was about a 10 minute walk or so and if you rent a golf cart, there is space in the garage to park and maybe a three minute drive down to the beach.

The home was lovely, very clean, and extremely well-equipped! We had everything we could have possibly needed and more - there were so many beach supplies/games/toys, the extra beach towels were super helpful, and closets had extra blankets, first aid, and all sorts of supplies. The bonus of an EV charger was awesome, and when we couldn’t get it to work with our car at first, the host was responsive and helpful, so that it was an easy and quick fix. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and guest-friendly. The walk to the beach is a straight shot down the road, maybe 8-12 minutes depending on walking speed and the tolerance of your kiddos after a day at the beach, haha! Granny’s was right on the beach road for a yummy breakfast very close by, and going to other restaurants or the boardwalk is an easy drive (though note that all public parking in the area is paid parking). Great house for a family beach vacation for sure! It’d also be great for two friend-families, since the two bedrooms upstairs include one queen one twin (and the trundle, though we didn’t use it), and then one queen a room with twin beds downstairs - great layout. Very comfy, and thoughtfully decorated and equipped! Loved our stay!

Wonderful and well appointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our vacation. It was very clean and very well stocked. Everything we needed for the beach was there- wagons, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach mats and shades and beach towels. The walk to the beach was about 8-9 blocks but it was an easy walk even pulling wagons full of chairs and things. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and small appliances (blender, crockpot, waffle maker, etc). Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided as well. The kids also really enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes as well as the many board games that were available.We had 2 families and had plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

I was very pleased with this beach cottage. It is a beautiful home and the extra touches made all the difference. The kitchen was fully stocked and made eating in a breeze. The added beach accessories were appreciated as well. It was perfect vacation. Thank you!
