You’ll be staying in a prime location that combines peaceful beachfront living with easy access to the city. The beach is just a short walk through the gardens, and the famous Quinta Avenida — with its restaurants, cafés, shopping, and nightlife — is only a few minutes away.

• Shared amenities (pool, gym, tennis court, beach club, etc.) are managed by the condominium administration and may occasionally close for maintenance.
• As in many coastal areas, humidity and sea air are part of the tropical environment. The condo is regularly maintained to ensure a comfortable stay.
• While the unit is regularly cleaned and fumigated, tropical insects can occasionally appear, which is normal in this climate.
• Wi-Fi is generally reliable, but if you ever notice slow or no connection, please let us know so we can help resolve it quickly.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs need to be requested in advance and are subject to availability!)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

➡️ Cleanliness & Property Care
• Please don’t move any of the furniture.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

• Help us conserve energy: Turn off A/C and lights when you’re not in the unit.
• Use your own logins for streaming services. Please don’t purchase additional content and remember to log out before checkout.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO MAREAZUL RIVIERA MAYA

Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:

✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)

1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancún – Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.

2. Drive South Toward Playa del Carmen
Continue for approximately 55 minutes (about 47 km) depending on traffic.

3. Arrive to the Corasol / Mareazul Area
As you approach Playa del Carmen, stay on Highway 307 and look for the Corasol entrance on the left-hand side of the highway.

4. Enter the Corasol Development
Turn left into the entrance and continue following the road for about 3 km toward Mareazul Riviera Maya. You will pass a couple of roundabouts — continue straight through them.

5. Arrive at Mareazul Security Gate
Stop at the security gate and provide the guard with your name and unit information to enter the property.


✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307
Exit the airport and follow Highway 307 north toward Tulum Town.

2. Drive North on Highway 307
Continue on Highway 307 for 1h 20min (93 km) until you reach Playa del Carmen. You will pass Tulum and and several smaller towns along the way.

3. Approach the Corasol / Mareazul Area
As you pass through Playa del Carmen, remain on Highway 307 and look for the Corasol entrance on the right-hand side of the highway.

4. Enter the Corasol Development
Turn right into the entrance and continue following the internal road for approximately 3 km toward Mareazul Riviera Maya. You will pass a couple of roundabouts — continue straight through them.

5. Arrive at the Mareazul Security Gate
Stop at the security gate and provide the guard with your name and unit number to enter the property.

• Security Gate: Upon arrival, security will ask for your name and unit number before allowing entry to the Mareazul complex.
