The Holstein House was built in the seaside resort architectural style. It is centrally located yet quiet on Hermannstraße in the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin. Just 100 meters away, you’ll find the Wilhelmstraße promenade, which leads directly to the pier and, from there, to the Baltic Sea beach—a distance of about 300 meters from your apartment. Right next to the building, you can walk through the expanded spa park to reach, among other places, the spa administration office. You’ll also find bakeries, great cafés, a drugstore, and a bike rental shop all within quick walking distance. Sellin stands out for its wide range of tourist attractions. You can enjoy the recreational swimming pool with its sauna area year-round and the water slides during the season. From your vacation apartment, you can set out in any direction to explore the sun-drenched island of Rügen. Visit the neighboring town of Binz or the Granitz Hunting Lodge. Experience the Störtebeker Festival against the unique backdrop of the Jasmund Bodden, bike to the former fishing village of Seedorf, or to the Mönchgut Peninsula. There, enjoy kilometers of sandy beaches or the seclusion and natural tranquility of the evenings. Visit Germany’s largest island and create your own unforgettable memories.



Haus Holstein Apartment 01 with Balcony:

The lovingly and tastefully furnished 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment 01 on the mezzanine level of „Haus Holstein“ offers a comfortable living area of approx. 38 square meters for up to 2 people, featuring 2 leather recliners, a radio/CD player with USB port, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with a sound system. A floor lamp and the fireplace surround create a cozy atmosphere. Integrated into the living area, the apartment also features a small, fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, a 2-zone induction cooktop with an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and a seating area. Enjoy your coffee from the drip coffee maker or the De Longhi coffee machine with freshly ground coffee beans. A kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster round out the amenities. From the living area, you can step out onto your balcony (east-facing) with a small seating area, where you can also set up a parasol or a clothes rack if desired. For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom features a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed with an adjustable slatted frame, two nightstands, blackout curtains, and an insect screen. You can store your clothes in the large wardrobe with a mirrored door. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a sink, and a small window. Here you’ll find two small bathroom cabinets as well as a hair dryer. The apartment includes a free parking space (No. 01) located at the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building’s basement for a fee. You’ll also find secure storage for your bicycles. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or you can bring your own. If you book two or more packages, you’ll receive one dish towel and one shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
