Welcome to Casa JR, a quiet, clean, fully-furnished, 3 BR, 2.5 bath condo with everything you could want. Beach is a few feet away. Pool right outside the condo. Relax in the condo, at local restaurants or bars, or at the beach. See the rain forest, experience zip-lines, or go horse-back riding on the beach or to the waterfalls.

The condo is fully furnished with Washer, dryer, air conditioning and a fully-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Large closets in each bedroom. There is a comfortable living room for relaxing evenings. Less than a two minute walk down the street to the beach. Just right outside the door on the condo property is a pool that is safe for young children and families. There is also a patio area with a grill for outside dining. High speed wireless internet, TV and DVD player. The condo also has a phone in the kitchen and master bedroom.

Samara is a uniquely Costa Rican beach town. It is Heaven on Earth. Casa JR is in the center of town, with bakeries, fresh fruit stands, delicious and inexpensive restaurants all within a two minute walk. It is the best of all worlds - quiet and tranquil and in the heart of this small beach town.

Other beautiful beaches are within a few minutes walk. There is horse-back riding on the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing right at the beach.

The town is also home to a language school and massage school. There is an indoor/outdoor gym in town with daily classes. Also, several yoga schools and spas within a 30 minute drive.

This condo was wonderful for our family. We had a family of five and a family of three stay here and we had plenty of space. So nice to have three bathrooms! The pool was wonderful and the central location made it so easy to do a quick walk to the beach or to the grocery store. I will definitely come back and this is where I would stay!

We had an amazing stay at Heaven On Earth. All the essentials, plus more were provided. Very close to thd beach and all the shopping. Paul responded very quickly to any inquires. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location right in the middle of town and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a grocery store next door and lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The Casa JR had everything needed for a family of 4 and a great pool area. The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Samara.

This place had every freaking thing you could ever need to enjoy vacation. We stayed at 9 other places and theh didn't have a tenth of what was here. No need for extra store trips for soap. Phone chargers everywhere. They thought of everything.

Thank you. We do try to provide everything needed, and are open to any additional suggestions to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free as possible. We recently added a printer (wi-fi accessible) and a monitor for use by guests. And, we also added a refrigerated water cooler with 5 gallon water containers (with additional 5 gallon water jugs) to keep everyone hydrated. So...thank you. I have repeatedly said - we love Samara, our experience is that Costa Rica is among the safest and most peaceful places to visit- and we hope all our guests have a similar experience. Thank you. We actually think there is no better location in Samara in town so close to the beach, with a grocery store next door, 2 more just a 1-2 minute walk down the street, and really good restaurants next to us, across the street, and also within a 2 minute walk. This place was a little oasis for my wife, daughter, and I. Had everything we needed from the perfect in town location to surf access to in unit amenaties. It felt like a home away from home.

This was perfect for us, we were traveling with our son and his 2 daughters. It was very clean with all the comforts of home. A short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. In town however very quiet. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

The condo was spacious and clean and the host was very friendly and communicative. The kitchen was fully stocked with a lot of helpful instructions for the surrounding area. I would say that the noise from motorbikes on the main street was loud. Our room was right next to the street and it made it difficult for me to sleep at night; although no one else had issues. I used a noise cancelling headset which helped. There were a few tour companies nearby and all were around the same; the host was very helpful in letting us know what activities we could do. The beach was close and most of the restaurants were really good. I love Costa Rican food and coffee! Oh, and the host left us a bag of coffee and bottled water which was so very much appreciated since we ended up arriving much later than expected. Thank you!

For future guests, it’s helpful to know that the condo is located in the heart of town, which is part of what makes it so convenient—restaurants, shops, tours, and the beach are all just steps away. With that central location can come some lively street activity at times, including occasional motorbike noise, especially for light sleepers. Many guests enjoy the energy and walkability, while others, like you, find that earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones can make a big difference. My family just returned from a week at Casa Jr and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo had so many amenities and was decorated so lovely. They really did think of everything! There were power cords for our phones, a water cooler stocked with ample drinking water, comfortable beds, and more. The condo was so clean and ready for us when we arrived and was perfectly located in the middle of Sámara. The location was ideal in this adorable beach town, close to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! Paul was a very gracious and responsive host who even checked in on us during our stay. We truly had the best time here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We loved the location and had a wonderful stay. Nice, spacious condo that is walking distance to everything. The owner and property manager were very communicative and accommodating when we had questions.

Lovely stay

Great place and great beach

The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and multiple restaurants. The owner and manager were super helpful with travel. Noisy at night but always quiet by 10.

Perfect place to stay in Samara

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Super close to the beach, as well as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The unit was very clean and comfortable- it had absolutely everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our trip to Sámara.
