The main level is built for gathering: a kitchen with a long island, a dining table for four, and a living room with an electric fireplace. The in-law suite is on this level, set apart from the other bedrooms.

On the upper level, the primary suite has a king bed, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms share the level. One has a desk for work days.

Out back, the yard is fully fenced.

The home has two levels with stairs. The in-law suite is on the main level.
There is no garage. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.
Please read before you book. A violation of these rules can result in a fee of $1,000 or more.

✔ Booking: Government ID is required after booking. You must be 21 or older to reserve. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
✔ Check-in and checkout: Check-in is 4 PM. Checkout is 11 AM. Late checkout is an option when the calendar allows, for $200. Please ask first. Leaving after 11 AM without approval also carries a $200 fee.
✔ Occupancy: The home sleeps 10. Maximum 12 guests. Guests not on the reservation need approval first.
✔ No parties or events: This is a residential street. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will forfeit your reservation and may bring added fees.
✔ Quiet hours: 11 PM to 7 AM.
✔ No smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind, including hookah, inside the home. A $300 fee applies if smoking is identified.
✔ Pets: Pets need approval before arrival. $500 one-time fee per pet. Vaccination records required. Restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.
✔ Parking: Park up to two cars in the driveway. Street parking is free. Do not block neighbors` driveways.
✔ Trash: Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins. Pickup is Monday morning. Excess trash left inside or outside can bring fees up to $60.
✔ Cleanliness: Fees up to $250 may apply if the home is left in an unreasonable state.
✔ Mail and packages: Please don`t send mail or packages to the home. On a long-term stay or have an emergency? Reach out and we`ll help. Food delivery is welcome.
✔ Firearms and weapons are not allowed on the property.
