This home sleeps 10 adults comfortably. We can accomodate up to 4 additional small children for a total of 14 people staying in the home.

This wonderful Lake Wylie waterfront home is perfect for the family vacation or quick weekend get away! Enjoy main channel lake views with 150' of sandy beach, private pier with dock or enjoy sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage while relaxing in the swing in the gazebo suspended over the water, or roast marshmellows on the beach at night in our beach fire pit.

This gorgeous home is very spacious with almost 5000 square feet of living space. Every room overlooks the glistening waters of Lake Wylie. Master bedroom and dressing room on main level adorn french doors which open to a private balcony and water views. Lovely spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, birch cabnets, raised eat-in bar, open to 2-story great room. Upper level of the home provide 2 spacious guest rooms with king sized beds. Lake level has a media room, entertainment bar, games, exercise space, large bedroom with 2 queen sized beds, and full bath. Step outside and relax in a comfortable screened in porch with comfortable seating and ceiling fans.

There is so much to do...or not do at this lovely home you may never want to leave!

This home comes complete with everything you could need....linens, towels, utensils, pots and pans, cable, and wireless internet.....simply show up, unpack and sit back and enjoy!

We do not allow events at this home. Even though this beautiful home would make a wonderful setting for a wedding we do not have the space needed for parking to accomodate events.

No guest are permitted at the home other what was approved on your rental reservation.

No more than 6-7 vehicles max. NO parking is allowed on the street or lawn. This is a residential area and the road leading to these lake homes is small. Any parking on the street would be in the way of the neighbors and your vehicle could be towed.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:

All early check-in/late check-outs must be pre-approved. If the property is ready up to an hour before check-in it is our pleasure to offer you a complimentary one hour early check-in. However, any earlier if there's a request and we can accomodate it we do charge $25 for the first hour and $15 for each additional hour to help offset the change in the cleaning and inspection schedule so that we can guarantee that your check-in will be as smooth as possible. We can not accomodate any early check-in prior to 12:00 noon. The same fees apply for late check-out up to 2:00 pm. Please message us for more information.
