Perched above the valley, the home offers scenic mountain views, open living spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere just minutes from Terry Peak Ski Area, historic Deadwood, and the heart of the Black Hills adventure region.



Inside, the home features a bright and thoughtfully designed layout with comfortable bedrooms, stylish finishes, and welcoming gathering spaces perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Large windows fill the home with natural light while framing the surrounding forested hills, creating a warm and inviting mountain-retreat feel. The open living and dining areas provide plenty of space for families and groups to unwind together. For added flexibility, the home also includes a comfy rollaway bed with full bedding, making it easy to accommodate an additional guest when needed.



The property sits on a private gravel driveway that climbs the hillside, offering both privacy and incredible views — a true Black Hills mountain experience.

There is a clearly marked owner storage section within the garage that is not accessible to guests. This area is securely closed and separate from the guest parking and use area.



All other interior spaces are private and for guest use only. There are no shared living areas.
