Great location, beautiful property, and Brad was friendly and reachable if there had been any issues, which there weren't. We left a box of kitchen items behind, and he contacted us to arrange to get them back to us. A very pleasant stay.

The house was amazing. Just as described, clean, and very well taking care of. We had everything we needed. As described it is very secluded yet close to a lot of places to visit. Brad is a wonderful host. He took time out of his day to meet us at the property and show us around. We definitely plan to return.

A wonderful place for 2 couples to meet up and enjoy each other's company. The cabin was clean, cozy, and inviting; and Brad made sure we had everything we needed, including a few extra treats to enjoy our stay. We can hardy wait to come back next year!

What a great house and location. Serene and beautiful. The house was very clean and well stocked. Amenities were available to use you don’t normally find at other rentals. Brad is a great host and available if needed. He was welcoming and hospitable like an old friend. Would absolutely rent again. If you are looking for a place to get away and quiet your mind in comfort and relaxation, book this house.

The house was exactly as described and provided a peaceful, relaxing getaway. It is clean and very well maintained and in an absolutely beautiful location in perfect proximity to Ohiopyle State Park. The host went above and beyond with communication to make our stay perfect. What a gem! We cannot wait to return.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The views of the woods and the water that attaches to the property were stunning. The house was an architectual treat which functioned perfectly. Brad was very thorough and sweet. I would 100% reccommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing and breathtaking getaway.

I stayed at the property Memorial Day weekend 2026. Brad was phenomenal from the initial message I sent. He responded immediately and the booking was completed almost instantly. The property was even more lovely than in the photos. It was immaculately clean and stocked almost as well as my own home! I felt like I was in a tree house, sitting on the deck, while the stream flowed below. The landscape was also beautifully done! I can’t wait to go back and extend my stay!

We LOVED this property. Clean, comfy, convenient, and the setting is GORGEOUS. First, the caveats. 1) The spiral stair to the second floor is steep & narrow with narrow treads, so not for anyone with accessibility issues, not for toddlers, and not for really large people. 2) There is a half mile dirt driveway back into the property. It's a good dirt road, but FYI. 3) GPS doesn't know where the driveway is and sends you half a mile down the road. Go by the host's good directions, not GPS. NOW THE KUDOS! The view out that window wall! The deck! The rushing stream! The privacy! To die for. Big yard and open woodland to explore. Lots of parking. The ground floor is quite accessible. Small steps up front and back. Step in shower. Good grab bars by shower and toilet. Low pile firm carpeting. Kitchen, bath and master bedroom have good lighting. We did not cook, but the kitchen appeared well equipped. Grill is available. Gas fireplace in great room. HUGE master bedroom and spacious en suite bath with laundry room. Second floor bedroom and bath "normal size" and nice once you get up there. Place is very clean. No "closed up" smells. Host Brad is absolutely super. He met us, showed us around, and was very flexible and accommodating of our schedule. Great location for Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, or other Laurel Highlands attractions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Lovely surroundings, great house equipped with everything we needed, very welcoming and responsive host . Highly recommend. Pool table was a plus for family fun!
