Welcome to The Hideout Cabin, your private couples retreat in the heart of Harbor Country, just minutes from Warren Dunes State Park and less than a mile from local wineries.

The Hideout is one of just five cabins on our small, intimate property. Each cabin has its own private porch and private fire pit, offering personal space while maintaining a quiet, close-knit atmosphere. You may see neighboring cabins across the property, but your individual outdoor areas are your own.

The Cabin

Fresh linens, bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided so you can pack light and settle in immediately. The living area is designed for relaxing after a full day outdoors, whether that means reading, playing board games, or simply unwinding together in the soft evening glow.

The Good Stuff
Step outside to your own private fire pit, light it up after dark, pour something local, and let the evening settle in. Firewood is provided when available. When you're ready to truly unwind, the community sauna and shared outdoor hot tub are yours to enjoy, open all year round. There's nothing quite like a sauna session followed by a soak under the stars.

Spend the morning climbing the dunes at Warren Dunes State Park (5-minute drive), the afternoon wine tasting less than a mile away, and the evening gathered around your fire pit. Bring your favorite chairs, pour a glass of local red, and enjoy the quiet rhythm of the woods.

As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.

Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories.
For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate you staying with us.

• Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS, including infants and toddlers.
• Please turn down the AC/heat when you’re away.
• No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown.
• Check-in is at 3 PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 11AM.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am out of respect for other guests in the cabins.
• There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely.
• There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
• The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
• For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin.
• Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.
• Pets are allowed in all cabins: Please bring something as a sofa cover to prevent pet hair build-up. Dogs must be leashed, cleaned up after, and crated when you are not present. Please don’t bring your pet if you’re not sure they will be well behaved and not destructive. We are dog friendly if your dog is friendly and quiet.
• No video productions without written consent from property owner.
• If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.

It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Please adhere to the following hot tub rules and warnings to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

Hot Tub Rules
- Please shower before and after using the hot tub to protect linens.
- Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injury.
- Local ordinances require the hot tub cover be replaced and securely strapped when not in use to prevent entry by young children and to keep it heated.
- Spa cover is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.
- Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 F
- No glass in or near hot tub
- No jumping, diving or pets
- Limit your hot tub time to 15 min and cool off before using again. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
- Please do not use hot tub if you have diarrhea or any disease transmittable by water.
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
- No children under the age of 12 should use the hot tub, they are much more prone to overheating.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Warning: Please consult a physician before using if you are elderly, pregnant, have diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, any illness or if taking prescription medications.

We do our best to keep the indoors and immediate surroundings free from pests and nuisance. However, nature is mostly beyond our control. There might be poison ivy, ticks, bugs, bees and other woodsy things you find in the great outdoors. Red Arrow Cabins cannot be held liable for whims of Mother Nature.

Cancellation Policy: We are a small resort so cancellations affect us significantly. If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 1 week. If you have reserved multiple cabins, we require 30 days notice prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that date will result in a charge of 100% of one night stay per cabin.

Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.

The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this l
