Perfect Cottage, Perfect Location, Perfect Beach!

East of Eden is the perfect cottage for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation--in all seasons. The cottage has been impeccably restored and has it own private yard. It is a large one-bedroom, with well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a beautiful open air living room with vaulted ceiling and skylights. After a beautiful sunset over Lake Michigan, come back and snuggle up with a good book next to the fireplace.

Inside and out, our cottage is the perfect retreat. Nestled amoung 100-foot tall Norway Spruce pines, it is only a block to your own private 'singing sands' beach of Lake Michigan. Union Pier beaches are the softest and widest in SW Michigan! And, it is only a block and a half to great little bakery and breakfast places, coffee and latte shops, unique restaurants and even fine dining. Or you can just stay at the cottage, sit on the front deck, grill your own favorite fare and watch the passer's by.

We are centrally located in the heart of Union Pier just off of the main road into town. Easy to get to, and easy to go to other attractions such as the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, various seasonal Art Fairs, Fruit Farms, Antiquing, or just 'Heading up the Red Arrow Highway'.

**Please note that we do have a 2 night minimum, however in the high summer season we rent mostly for one week increments from Saturday to Saturday. We do try to accommodate as many people as we can. Sometimes in the early weeks or later weeks in the summer we can accommodate less than 7 nights. Please don't hesitate to inquire if we can. Thank you.
