Beautiful Villa with Great Lake and Hill Country View. This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath Villa has a nice balcony where you will enjoy the beauty and serenity of the lake and hills. This Villa has a garage for your use. Enjoy the Beach Club with Grill/Bar, a Smokehouse grill area, Fitness Center, infinity pool and hot tub/spa pools, sand volley court, play scape and lake front access for swimming and fishing. The walking/hiking/biking trails are only a short distance away.

Step inside and the first thing you see isn't the kitchen or the couch ā€” it's Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country stretching to the horizon. Perched on the 3rd floor of The Hollows Resort's hilltop building, this updated 3-bedroom villa delivers one of Central Texas's most iconic panoramas from every room: through the open living and dining area, over the breakfast bar, and straight out to your private covered balcony. Guests consistently tell us they spent half the trip just sitting outside watching the light change over the lake.

The space is designed to be lived in, not just slept in. High ceilings and recessed lighting keep things bright and airy. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything you need ā€” from coffee maker to dishwasher. The living area has a fireplace for cool Hill Country evenings. Free high-speed WiFi throughout. Three bedrooms with walk-in closets, two full baths, and an in-unit washer/dryer round things out. Towels and linens are provided.

Getting here is genuinely easy: take the elevator directly to the 3rd floor. No stairs. One attached garage space included.

Relaxing getaway

A stop on the path of totality

My family stayed here to view the total solar eclipse. There was plenty for the kids to keep busy and a nice walking path down to the beach club. A great stop, perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful resort and condos!

We had a "cousins" weekend and it was great! Our condo was absolutely loaded with everything we needed and some things we didn't need! It was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The entire resort was beautiful and everyone was friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Bill is amazing! He communicated with us when needed and he even connected me with a source for golf carts right near the property. The home was beautiful, clean, and the snacks were a plus! I would definitely stay there again and/or rent through Bill.

Great location and nice amenities

A long weekend away with the family. Location was good with nice amenities. The pool area was a great place to hang out. We used the grills for dinner one night. We rented a golf cart from Bill which was great to go back and forth from the pool area. We also did a nice long walk along the dry bed of the lake. Bill was easy to work with and was quick to answer questions or help with any needs.

Family pool time

We chose the Hollows because it was relatively close to a day camp my daughter was attending for the week. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for 4 of us. We had planned to spend more time out and about, but most days, came back and enjoyed the Beach Club pool and bar/restaurant. We especially enjoyed all the fun at the club on July 4th. Communication was great which made this an easy stay. Advice: rent a golf cart in advance. Lots of fun!

Nice neighborhood!

The Hollows is a very nice and safe neighborhood and the communication with Bill was excellent. He is very responsive. The pool and neighborhood restaurant were great. We did not rent a boat, but I learned you sort of need to if you want to do anything on the lake. The water is low currently so there aren't any easy ways to access the water.

Great Family Vacation

This property was as advertised, clean with a great patio and view. The best part about the property was all of the community amenities. My kids spent all day at the pool! Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around.

Great for our short stay

Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location to the pool was key. It was only a few minute drive to the beautiful pool area which also has a nice restaurant/bar. Neighborhood is closely convenient to grocery, coffee, donuts, and some restaurants. Property manager was super responsive and very helpful.

We stayed with another couple for Labor Day Weekend. Lovely view of Lake Travis from the balcony, short drive (1 mile) to the community infinity pool, which had stunning views and great for kids. Easy access to boat and lake gear rentals.

Great unit--very comfortable. Truly appreciated the gift basket. The only thing that could have made our trip better: better cable package. Unfortunately, none of the channels our little kids watch were available. Also, would have been helpful to have the regular tv remotes available so they could have used the Netflix/Amazon accounts we have. (We were in town for a wedding and left the kiddos with a babysitter in the evening--we use tv as a reward/to help them wind down at the end of the day) Otherwise, it was terrific.

We lovec our vacation at the Hollows. Bill Wallace is the property manager and he was easily accessible. Our condo was a short drive from the Beach Club and Marina. We rented a golf cart and used it to explore the trails when not hiking. We rented a Pontoon for two days and they picked us up at the marina. There is a little shopping mall about 4 miles away eith s grocery store, pizza snd Chinese restaurants. Our condo was beautiful and had a huge balcony. We watched hummingbirds feed ftom their feeders on thr balcony. My sister rented a condo on the third floor and it was easy to go back abd forth. When we visit next time, we will stay st Edgeway #203 again. We had a perfect fun filled yet relaxing vacation. We travel a lot all ober US, Canada, Europe and Mexico and enjoyed this trip just as much as more worldly trips. Thank uou
