Our modern vacation home in Ammerland was built in 2021 and offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary comfort. The property is perfect for couples, families, and business travelers looking for a quiet location with excellent transportation links. Guests can enjoy an idyllic garden, a covered patio with a grill, and convenient charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes.

The vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking facilities, freezer, refrigerator, and coffee maker. A cozy living room with a dining area, two comfortable bedrooms, and a modern bathroom with a spacious spa shower create a relaxing atmosphere. A laundry room with a washer-dryer is also available. Access is convenient and keyless via a code, which you’ll receive no later than 24 hours before your arrival.

Its location right on the Augustfehn Canal makes the vacation home particularly attractive for cyclists and nature lovers. The Ammerland region is known for its picturesque bike paths, parks, and tree nurseries, which invite you to take long tours through flower fields and strolls in the surrounding forests.
