Our charmingly renovated vacation home, “Siegzauber,” offers plenty of space for 2–6 people in its approximately 100 square meters. The Windecker Ländchen region is ideal for a family vacation, a varied active vacation, or a relaxing getaway.

The “Siegzauber” vacation home in detail:
Our popular vacation home is spread over three floors: one with a double bedroom, the attic with a double bedroom and a sleeping loft, and two living-sleeping rooms, each with a sofa bed. Families and groups of up to 6 people will find a relaxing vacation home here. Ideal for families with children and possibly accompanying grandparents or families of friends—but equally suitable for couples and small groups.

The first floor:
The 40 square meters are divided into a cozy entryway, a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed), and a charming wood-burning stove. A spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate sauna area guarantees relaxation and rejuvenation.

First Floor:
Here, the 40 square meters are also divided into a cozy bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave) with direct access to the large covered terrace and a guest restroom.

The attic:
There are two more spacious rooms covering 20 square meters. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a loft bed (90x200), and the other is a separate living area (with a sleeper sofa 160x200).

Good to know:
The vacation home is situated in an idyllic location right next to the Siegauen floodplains and is surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy your getaway on the beautiful, covered sun terrace, while relaxing in the sauna in the separate sauna area, or watching the sunset over the floodplain landscape with a glass of wine on the small balcony. In the light-filled attic, you’ll find a cozy reading nook right beneath the floor-to-ceiling gable window. You can wind down the day by the cozy fireplace in the comfortable living room. Both living rooms also feature a flat-screen TV.

The outdoor pool and the town center of Rosbach—with its diverse shopping options, varied dining scene, and several doctors—are just a stone’s throw away.

Another major advantage is the S-Bahn station in Rosbach, which runs approximately every half hour and provides access to cities like Cologne, making it possible to enjoy a vacation here without a car.
