Boasting a panoramic, uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean Sea, Magica Andalucian Charm is located in Benalmádena.



The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people, including children and babies. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for a home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, two highchairs, two baby cots, and a washing machine.



This vacation rental features a secluded outdoor area with a private fenced pool, a garden with a games area, a ping pong table for your enjoyment, open and covered terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue. In the evening, the garden is attractively illuminated with uplighting to feature the palm trees in the front. The property is located a short drive from the beach, local shops and restaurants, and the picturesque Benalmádena Pueblo.



A parking space is available on the property, and street parking is free. The property offers motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage. All linen, bathroom towels, and beach/pool towels are provided.

Wir hatten 2 perfekte Wochen in dieser Villa

Wir sind schon mehrere Male in Benalmadena gewesen und haben jeweils andere Häuser gemietet. DIe anderen waren auch ok, aber bei diesem Haus hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wir wurden von der Hausbesitzerin freundlich empfangen, das Haus und deren Technik wurde uns super erklärt. Was uns sofort aufgefallen ist: die liebe zum Detail! Alles war sehr sauber, alles super beschrieben, moderne Geräte, der Pool perfekt - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn mal ein Problem war (die Wasserversorgung der Kommune hat mal kurz nicht funktioniert): eine kurze Nachricht an die Besitzerin, sie hat alles sofort abgeklärt und Infos an uns weitergeleitet. Die Besitzerin wohnt übrgigens im selben Haus in einer kleinen Wohnung. Man merkt jedoch nicht von ihr und hört gar nix, solange man nicht selber auf sie zugeht. Also alles top seriös und sehr angenehmen. Wir können das Haus super empfehlen. Etwas weiter unten ist eine Hotelanlage, was abends etwas zur Unterhaltung beiträgt. Das ist aber nicht wirklich störend. Kurz: wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful location, excellent host, would definitely recommend

Pros: Very easy booking process and all interactions with the host were very positive and easy-going. The view from the villa is breath-taking, and our children had great fun in the pool. The kitchen is very well stocked with modern appliances and cutlery etc and the rooms are great - particularly the master bedroom with its own private balcony. Beautiful villa and would definitely recommend for all ages. Cons: You really need a car to make the best use of the surrounding attractions but we knew that in advance and so had one booked. Nothing else to mention here.

Pros: The villa was lovely with a great pool and garden area and spectacular views. The owner Julie was very welcoming and helpful. We were aware that it was advertised as a car being essential but did not want the stress of driving so used taxi's instead. Most times we were able to book a 6 seater taxi to accommodate all of us but when this wasn't available we hired 2 taxis which made the trips more expensive. However working it out it wasn't any more expensive than hiring a car for the week and a lot less hassle getting to and from the villa.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa, pool, fixtures and fittings were very good. Julie the owner was great and so very helpful. The house is on various levels and would not be suitable for elderly or disabled persons. A car is essential and the access road can be challenging. However it is on a little trafficked cul de sac. Stack up 0n supplies, settle down and enjoy the pool and the sun.

L'objectif du voyage était de visiter la Costa del Sol, revoir des amis de longue date et recevoir un de nos fils avec sa famille. Lors de ce voyage une amie nous a accompagnés. La Villa Magica a été parfaite pour nos projets. C'est un paradis entre le ciel, la mer et la terre. Quel panorama au lever et toute la journée! Avec notre fils et sa famille, nous avons profité du superbe terrain et autres installations, visité les alentours, ''el pueblo'' et le bord de mer. Après le départ de la petite famille, les amis français sont arrivés pour 5 jours. Même à 7 personnes, jamais nous nous sommes sentis à l'étroit. La maison est grande et équipée au-delà de ce que l'on peut attendre d'une location. Elle possède des coins d'intimité pour chacun. L'extérieur est parfaitement aménagé, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Sécuritaire aussi pour les enfants. Il y a 4 chambres mais seulement deux possèdent des lits doubles ou queen. Les chambres à lits jumeaux sont parfaites pour des enfants mais un adulte y est moins confortable puisque les lits sont plus étroits et courts que des lits jumeaux standards. Julie est une hôte parfaite. Discrète, elle répond dans la minute s'il y a un besoin ou une question. L'annonce souligne qu'il faut avoir une voiture pour se rendre sur place. C'est presque indispensable. Cependant, nous avons utilisé à quelques reprises des taxis qui sont rapides et efficaces. Le petit train que nous voyons passer du balcon est aussi vraiment utile mais il faut un véhicule pour s'y rendre.

Pros: Fantastic 4 bed Villa, full 180 degree obstruction free south facing view of the coast, perfect location within the exclusive urbanisation of La Capellania. Its around 6km to Mijas, 6 Km to Benalmadena Purto Marina, and 6Km to Fuengirola ie in the middle of whatever you want to do. The Villa has 2 doubles and 2 twins, plenty of space, upstairs terrace, downstairs terrace and the pool area. Full fitted kitchen everything you would ever need. Extensive collection of books ie all the Dickens classics. We enjoyed every morning and evening beautiful sunrises and sunsets just stunning! Julie is such a wonderful host and if needed anything she was on hand. We fully enjoyed our 25 night stay so much we stayed another week. Pure bliss! We will hopefullly return very soon . This is an amazing villa at a very resonable price. Fantastic!

Pros: Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 5 personnes dans cette très belle villa, on y gardera un magnifique souvenir Les chambres sont parfaites et sont toutes équipées de la clim, la cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, quant à la vue elle est simplement exceptionnelle. Si nous devons trouver un petit point négatif, il manque une zone d ombre autour de la piscine pour se détendre sur les transats à disposition. La propriétaire Julie est toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes les attentes dans des délais très court ce qui est très appréciable. Voiture indispensable
