Peace In The Pines is a peaceful 4-level retreat just a mile from Cranmore and 5 minutes to downtown North Conway. Sleep 7 adults + 5 kids. 4 bedrooms + loft and 2.5 baths. Welcome to Peace In The Pines, a peaceful and beautifully designed four-level retreat nestled in the woods of North Conway, NH. Just one mile from Cranmore Mountain, ten minutes from Storyland, and five minutes from downtown, this home offers both serenity and convenience. Surrounded by towering pines and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the home invites natural light and forest views into every corner.

Step inside to an open-concept first floor with cathedral ceilings and oversized glass windows that make you feel connected to nature while enjoying all the comforts of modern living. The living room features a deep, cozy sectional, a giant two-person chair, an electric fireplace, a large ROKU TV, and a dining table for 10. The fully renovated kitchen is a chef’s dream, stocked with everything from a Keurig to pots, pans, spices, barware, and thoughtful touches like salt, olive oil, and herbs. We even provide coffee, tea, and cocoa to get your stay started right.

With 4 bedrooms and a loft, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (ideal for 7 adults and 4–5 children). Two king bedrooms include ROKU TVs, while the third-floor master boasts an office nook and a Juliet balcony. The fun-filled bunk room has toys, themed décor, a trundle bed, and a pack `n play. The loft features a daybed and another Juliet balcony—a quiet nook to read or relax. All bathrooms have been refreshed with new floors, vanities, and fixtures, and we provide fresh, fluffy towels so you can pack light.

The finished basement is a hub for entertainment, offering games, puzzles, books, toys, and a movie projector with ROKU. Curl up on the huge bean bags or sofa and watch a film as the snow falls outside. A washer and dryer are also available for your use.

Outdoors, enjoy the peaceful porch with a fire table and sofa, a grill for cookouts, and in warmer months, outdoor dining furniture and a backyard with Adirondack chairs around the firepiet

You will have access to the entire property, including parking in the one car garage and driveway.
You can also take advantage of the resort`s indoor fitness area and game room. You will be sharing these spaces with other guests so please review the rules and policies.
We offer no contact check in and check out. on the morning of your stay, you will receive a guest access code to access your condo and a separate code to access the shared resort amenities.

We’re excited to host you and want to ensure your stay is peaceful and enjoyable—for both you and our neighbors. Please review and follow the rules below:

Occupancy: Only guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay overnight. All overnight guests must be included in your reservation to ensure the home is properly prepared for your arrival.

Age Requirement: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. If the booking is not for a family group, all guests must be 25+ years of age. This is non-negotiable.

Respect the Home: Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. No sleeping on couches or living room chairs—please use designated beds or the pull-out sleeper sofa with linens provided.

Quiet Hours: Courtesy quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, inside and outside. No loud music or disruptive noise is permitted at any time.

No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. If you smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette waste properly in an outdoor trash receptacle.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. This is a town ordinance for short-term rentals, and we appreciate your cooperation.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home.

Cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor the property for safety and compliance.

No Fireworks or Illegal Activity: Fireworks and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Food & Drinks: Please enjoy meals in the kitchen, dining room, living room, or outdoor areas. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee.

Rental Agreement: A rental agreement with additional information may be provided and must be acknowledged prior to check-in.
