The Space:

Aldea Paraíso blends contemporary lines with natural textures and indoor-outdoor living. The property offers six private king suites with en-suite bathrooms, plus two villas—each with two bedrooms—that add extra room and intimacy for families or friends. A large central pool, sun loungers, shaded terraces, and an airy dining/living area invite slow mornings and easy evenings. A basic kitchen anchors group meals without sacrificing the relaxed rhythm that defines La Punta.



Guest Access:

Your group enjoys exclusive use of the entire property: all suites and villas, the swimming pool and gardens, the open-air lounges, the kitchen, and the indoor-outdoor dining areas. On-site parking is available for motorcycles only.



The Neighborhood:

La Punta is Puerto Escondido’s most walkable, creative district—home to surf breaks, cafés, boutiques, and sunset spots. From Aldea Paraíso, the shoreline is an easy 800-meter stroll, while the neighborhood’s restaurants and bars are close enough to explore on foot yet far enough to keep your nights restful.



Getting Around:

Most essentials are within walking distance. For farther outings or airport transfers, bikes and local taxis are convenient options. The area is calm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxed coastal stay.



Other Things to Note:

Out of respect for neighbors and the natural setting, parties and loud noise are not permitted after 11:00 PM. Aldea Paraíso is designed for easygoing gatherings—time together, good food, ocean days, and quiet nights.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and are available to help when needed. Housekeeping is available upon request between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM. Private chef service is not included; if you’re interested, we can try to help arrange one after your booking is confirmed, subject to availability.
