The main house sleeps up to 8 guests and is accompanied by 6 private villas, each sleeping between 5–8 people. Every villa includes 2 full bathrooms and a convenient kitchenette—perfect for enjoying a light breakfast before heading out for the day.

Depending on the size of your group, you`ll have access to the main house and up to all 6 private villas—plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort. During your stay, the stunning pool on the property is yours to enjoy, perfect for lounging, swimming, or simply soaking up the sun in your own tropical oasis.

Rancho Neptuno is an oceanfront, gated community located about 7.5 miles from downtown Puerto Escondido.

Please note: While our property can accommodate up to 42 guests comfortably, this listing is currently set up for a maximum of 16 guests. If your group exceeds 16 people, there is an additional fee of $80 USD ($1,500 MXN) per person, per night — or $100 USD ($1,900 MXN) per person, per night during peak periods (Thanksgiving Weekend, Dec 15–Jan 15 and Holy Week). This fee will be requested through the Resolution Center after booking for any guests beyond the included 16. Kindly inform us in advance so we can properly prepare for your stay.
