Vacation apartment (105sqm) with fully equipped kitchen

The 105 m² vacation rental is located on the first floor of a two-family house. The accommodation can sleep four adults. The sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a double bed and two single bedrooms, each with a bed (90x200) and a desk. Children of all ages are also welcome. For the little ones, a travel crib, a high chair, and a baby bouncer can be provided. In addition, there are board games, outdoor games, and books for them. Bicycles can also be rented upon request for a deposit fee. (Don’t forget your bike helmet!) The apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. The kitchen is a great place to cook and relax. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped (stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various cookware). In addition, the kitchen features a seating area with a corner bench, a small sofa, and a small TV. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with a sofa, a living room cabinet, and satellite TV. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors are always possible on the terrace. The large garden offers plenty of space for children to play. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Crib: available. Extra bed: upon request. Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not permitted in this accommodation. A tourist tax of 1.80 EUR per person aged 16 and older per night will be charged on-site.
