Modern apartment with garden and terrace (65sqm)

Our vacation rental, approximately 65 square meters in size, features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living/dining area with an additional sleeping option on the sofa bed, 2 TVs, a walk-in closet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as 1 bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. You are welcome to use the garden, which features a breakfast terrace and a cozy lounge area. The vacation rental is located on the upper floor. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange these details if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person or, upon arrangement, left for you. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 EUR per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of 1.80 EUR per person aged 16 and older per night will be charged on-site. For individuals with a disability rating of 70 or higher and a valid, current disability certificate, the visitor’s tax is reduced by 25% to 1.35 EUR. Guests with a disability rating of 80% or higher and valid proof of disability are exempt from the tourist tax. A 20% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on site in cash or via PayPal.
