Villa 'Paraíso Azul' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Paraíso Azul offers spectacular views of the sea and the Salobreña castle.



The construction combines Andalusian style inside and out, Ibizan style in the exterior columns, and Mallorcan style in the fireplace. It is one of the few houses in the area that still preserves its Andalusian essence, with Nazarí-style tile details in one of the bathrooms and on the access stairs.



The villa is located on a 900 m² plot and the 140 m² house, all on one floor, consists of a living-dining room, three bedrooms—all with sea views—accommodating six people, and two full bathrooms. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms and the living room. The house is fully equipped, as the owners use it during different seasons. The owners and their children will welcome you, as they live in Motril.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace, satellite TV and Chromecast for connecting mobile devices and tablets, a sound system, and a DVD player.



A cot and high chair are also available for guests.



The private outdoor area, with abundant vegetation, fruit trees, palm trees, and aromatic plants, features an infinity pool with sea views (8 x 4.5 m), gardens, terraces, porch, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



The property offers a covered garage space, parking area for motorcycles and bicycles, and free street parking.



Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.



The property encourages waste separation and provides containers for guests. It features energy and water-saving measures, and sustainable materials were used for insulation. Additionally, there is an extra water supply with two 1,000-liter tanks.

Geniale Aussicht, fantastisch

Pros: Viele Sitzplätze, traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer und Salobreña, sehr nette Vermieter, liebevolle Ausstattung innen und außen mit vielen Blumen, für uns im Februar nicht wichtig.. Klimaanlagen, fast uneinsehbares Grundstück Cons: Für Warmwasser musste der Elektrobeuler Stunden vorher gestartet werden. Auto notwendig , da Restaurants und Einkaufen weiter weg.

Pros: Utsikten från huset är otroligt vacker. Man trivs här , känns som att komma hem. Familjen som äger huset är mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Nära med bil till Salobrena och Motril.

Super Ferienhaus, genialer Ausblick - nette Gastgeber. Auch im November ist die Costa Tropical eine Reise wert - Temperaturen oberhalb von 20 °C ließen auch eine Nutzung des Pools zu. Der liebevoll gepflegte Außenbereich des Ferienhauses mit "tropischen" Pflanzen war eine grüne Oase.

Heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek en ontzettend aardige verhuurders!

Pros: Het huis ligt erg centraal, zowel Granada als Malaga zijn binnen een uur te bereiken. Cons: Voor een echte strandvakantie is de locatie iets minder geschikt, wij hadden bewust gekozen voor een locatie die een stukje van de echte toeristencentra lag.

Pros: Het zwembad en de tuin waren geweldig. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren attent en hartelijk. Cons: Salobreña heeft een kiezelstrand.

It's really a little bit of paradise

The view and garden are super nice and peaceful . The owners are very helpful. The house is very clean and you will find everything you need, just need to bring your toiletries. The one thing that we were disappointed was the pool not being heated as advertised. We stayed in December and the "heated pool" was the mayor reason why we chose this place. They use a cover for the pool that kept it less cold but not heated. This place I'm sure is better in the summer.

Huset var udstyret med alt hvad der skal bruges, og der var kræset for det hele både inde og ude, det var bare så hyggeligt, ejerne af huset er meget søde og venlige mennesker, vi kan på det varmeste anbefale det til andre. Området er bare så smukt, der er ikke langt til indkøb, og oplevelser, vi kan anbefale en tur til Granada, videre til hulebyen Guadix, besøge kystbyerne, besøge grotterne i Nerja, ta en tur op til den smukke by Frigiliana, og meget mere, alle steder med afstande i bil fra 10 min. til 90 min. Vi siger mange tak for et dejligt sted at bo, til indehaver af huset Imna og Antonio Batres

The heating of the pool is fantastic. we were there mid may, but the pool heated itself to 29/30 degrees. We loved it and will definitely come back Once again thanks Antonio Inma and Emilio.

Pros: Die Vermieter der Villa Paraiso Azul sind freundlich, aufmerksam und korrekt in der Abrechnung. Ein angefallenes Problem (TV) wurde unverzüglich geregelt. Als Positiv zu bewerten ist die wunderbare Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse, der phantastische Blick über die Bucht und der großzügiger Außenbereich mit mediterran eingewachsenem Grundstück. Der Außenbereich des Objektes (verschiedene Nutzungsebenen) ist lebenswert und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Außenbereich gibt es genügend Tische/Stühle und Liegen mit Auflagen. Die Villa verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Garage und ist einbruchgesichert. Als Negativ zu bewerten sind angetrocknete Speisereste an Geschirr/Besteck, die unsauberen Billigtrinkgläser, die verschmutzte Küche (Fließen, Lichtschalter, Bedienelemente Herd), der völlig verdreckte Filter der Dunstabzugshaube, das fehlende direkte Licht im Bereich der Küchenarbeitsplatte (freiliegende Anschlusskabel), die unsauberen Wohnräume und Fensterscheiben, das tote Getier und die Spinnweben in den Zimmern, die stark abgewohnten Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich, der permanente Gestank aus den Abwasserrohren beider Badezimmer, die am Tage ständig bellenden Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft, die am Tage stark befahrene Bundesstraße (Verkehrslärm) und der ungeheizte Pool (im Winter ist das Wasser ca. 10 Grad kalt). Entgegen der Objektbeschreibung bzw. der Auskunft der Vermieter und somit nicht vorhanden waren eine separate/extra Heizung im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, eine Heizung (lediglich Warmluft über die Klimaanlage), eine Gegensprechanlage, ein Wäschetrockner, ein Wasserkocher und eine Putzfrau. Der Mieter hat die Kosten des im Mietzeitraum angefallenen Elektrizitätsverbrauch komplett zu tragen (0,20 € pro KW). Darüber summieren sich die Verbrauchskosten von Licht, Küchen- und Medienstrom, der automatisch geregelten Reinigung des Pools und die der „Heizung“ über die Klimaanlage nicht unerheblich auf. Alleine die extraordinäre Lage rechtfertigt die Ansiedlung der Villa in diesem Preissegment nicht wirklich. Es gibt durchaus Alternativen!

Pros: Wir haben im Juni 2015 für 18 Tage und nochmals im September 2015 für 25 Tage in dieser wundervollen Villa mit den vielen blühenden und duftenden Blumen und Pflanzen verbracht. Der fantastische Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küste von Salobrena war atemberaubend, hat uns fasziniert und wir konnten uns einfach nie sattsehen. Die Villa war hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die vor allem uneinsehbare Lage des Hauses und des Pools waren für uns optimal. Die Wasserqualität und die Sauberkeit des Pools waren erste Klasse. Danke an Antonio und Inma - die sehr symphatischen und aufmersamen Hausbesitzer- und auch an den Poolmann und die Gärtner, die immer alle freundlich und professionell waren. Die Lage nahe bei Salobrena ist für Ausflüge optimal. Es waren alle TV Programme (auch Sky ) problemlos zu empfangen. Auch das WIFI funktionierte einwandfrei. Noch zu erwähnen wären die gute Ausstattung der Küche und die komfortablen Betten. Die Villa sorgt für Ruhe und Entspannung und man kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen Franz und Elisabeth

Pros: We have just come home from a February half term stay at this villa. We were met by the lovely owners, Inma and Antonio. They showed us everything. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. We were expecting the pool to be heated, but this was our error. Perhaps something lost in translation on the website? It was too cold to swim but the gardens are out of this world. The area was great. Antonio gave us some restaurant recommendations which we followed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was very much higher than the run of the mill villa standard xx

Pros: This villa is a lovely place for a holiday. The villa itself is very comfortable, with great facilities. It is in a great location, with stunning views. The owners (Inma and Antonio) are really friendly and hospital, and were helpful from when we made the first enquiry, right up to waving us off at the end of our holiday. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful holiday here, in what is a lovely part of Spain. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Pros: El chalet está situado en un lugar muy bonito, con unas espectaculares vistas al mar y al castillo de Salobreña (de noche está iluminado) , la privacidad es absoluta y desde el chalet se ve un increíble amanecer , parecen postales. El chalet está rodeado de mucha vegetación, con grandes palmeras que dejan mucha sombra y varios árboles frutales. Igualmente está bien comunicado. En 5 minutos estas en Salobreña, y en 10 en Motril, con restaurantes de distinto precio y nivel. Sobresaliente la simpatía y amabilidad de los propietario, hasta nos dejaron su teléfono para cualquiera necesidad. Se ve que viven allí por temporadas, porqué todo el chalet estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio ( con sabanas y toallas limpias ) , la cocina estaba muy equipada , disponíamos de bombas de calor en toda la casa . Durante la estancia no tuvimos que pensar en nada, porque hay un jardinero que viene a arreglar el jardín del chalet y un cuidador de la piscina para su limpieza. Al final tuvimos solo que pensar en relajarnos y aprovechar el sitio. Recomendado para vacaciones de invierno más largas.
