Relax in this comfortable and private guest suite conveniently in Edmonds, WA. You will have an entire floor with your own bathroom, and kitchenette, the space offers a quiet and cozy retreat while still being close to everything you need.

The space
Once you enter the home, you’ll have the entire downstairs level to yourself, giving you a comfortable and private space to relax and unwind during your stay. Just a few steps down the stairs, you’ll find your freshly renovated private bathroom and a convenient kitchenette.
The bedroom features a cozy queen bed and a sofa bed that can be flattened for additional sleeping space. If you plan to use the sofa bed, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll happily prepare it with an extra mattress topper so you can enjoy a more comfortable night’s sleep.

There’s also a large desk with a lighted makeup mirror—perfect for getting ready in the morning, catching up on emails, or planning your day.

The kitchenette includes microwave, fridge with freezer, countertop oven/toaster/airfrier, induction cooktop and coffee maker with coffee pods. It is also stocked with basic cooking supplies, seasonings, utensils, flatware, and dinnerware, making it easy to prepare simple meals, snacks, or a quick cup of coffee before heading out.

Your private bathroom includes a wall heater to keep things warm and cozy. It’s also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every guest arrives (a bit of a professional habit—I'm a lab tech!), so you can feel confident that everything is fresh, tidy, and ready for your stay.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire downstairs suite, including:
- Bedroom with sofa bed and large work desk
- Private bathroom
- Kitchenette

Our house is a split entrance home and the entrance to the home is shared, but once inside the downstairs level is your own private space.

The key to the laundry room will be provided upon request for guests staying for 4 nights or more.

We have Level 2 - 220V outlet in the garage for EV Charging. Just let us know if you would like to use it, there will be a $5 extra charge per night.

Parking: There are two large parkings on the driveway. Feel free to park there as long as you don't block any vehicles (unless they are in your group). There are additional parking on the grass in front of the house that are also ok to park.
