The four-bedroom, three-bath, 2000 sf house sleeps ten in two King beds, one Queen bed, two Twin beds, and a pull-out Queen sofa bed. Fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, parking underneath house, fireplace, and outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen was completely renovated in 2008 and comes equipped with everything you'll need. All bathrooms have been recently renovated.

This home comes complete with high chair and pack-n-play, beach chairs, toys, all linens, three TVs with VCRs, a stereo, and free wireless internet. Each rental includes full use of the Beach and Racquet Club (an Olympic-size pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, sand volleyball, and basketball).

Pelican Point is just one row wide, so the screened porch faces the ocean for gorgeous sunrises and the open porch faces the marsh for colorful sunsets. Just outside the front door is a boardwalk that leads to a private, uncrowded beach stretching for two and a half miles. Harbor Island is next door to Hunting Island State Park and within a short drive of historic Beaufort and Parris Island. Charleston and Savannah are close enough for day trips.
