The Lazy Tide Inn House

Lazt Tide Inn is a 3/2 home on a n acre lot, but still in the heart of T-Town! Our home is located in a safe and family orientated neighborhood. If you are in town to visit campus, you`re literally 4 miles down the road and less than 5 minutes from any mainstream business.

Lazy Tide Inn will check off everything you need for a comfortable stay in T town. It`s perfect for those long days on campus, where you want to come back to a clean & cozy home to relax. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms offering comfortable accommodations for 6 guests. We won`t claim uncomfortable pull out couches or air mattresses as a `bed` for our guests either. Theres two king beds/one queen. One bathroom is located in the master and the other is in the main hallway with a double vanity sink. A washer & dryer is available for guests` use and a supply of detergent/dryer sheets are provided for your length of stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal if you decide to stay in with a separate dining room. We have an 85 inch Smart TV in the living room & a 65 in Smart TV in the sunroom with Roku and Netflix. The master bedroom is also equipped with a 43 inch Smart TV as well.



THE PROPERTY/LOCATION:

Our home is several yards off the road providing additional privacy for our guests, not to mention plenty of room to throw a football in the front yard on game days. Our driveway has a slight downward grade & has room for 3 vehicles, if one vehicle parks in the carport. At night, the lightning bugs in our backyard are the coolest thing you will see in a metropolitan setting! Oh, did we mention the cool little creek that borders our backyard? We don`t know of many city lots with an outdoorsy, rugged twist like ours...but we may be a little biased

The best part of our location is that we are less than 4 minutes from SO MANY mainstream businesses such as Starbucks, Chic fil A, Zaxbys, Hooters, Walmart, Lowes, Walgreens, Academy Sports, McDonalds, Dreamland BBQ, Woods & Water, Whataburger, Outback etc...



SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED inside our home or on our screened-in porch. We have provided a cigarette butt disposal in our carport area to safely and neatly discard cigarette butts.

There are three steps to the front door and six steps to the back door.
