Welcome to Strawberry Cottage - a private 3 bedroom home in Upper Constantia, perfectly positioned alongside the scenic Constantia Green Belt. Enjoy your own swimming pool, firepit and lush garden - perfect for families or small groups wanting space, privacy and a relaxed Cape Town stay - just minutes from wine farms and hiking trails.

The home is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso machine), a bright and comfortable living area, and three inviting bedrooms ideal for families or large groups. Outside, enjoy summer days by the pool and barbecue area or cozy winter evenings around the firepit in one of Cape Town’s most desirable suburbs.

High-speed (200Mbps) uncapped fibre internet makes the home perfect for remote work or streaming Netflix on the 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. The router is supported by an uninterrupted power supply, ensuring reliable internet access at all times.

Main bedroom with a queen bed, shower and bath with front garden facing windows. Ensuite bathroom has a large, spacious shower and bathtub.

Second large bedroom with queen bed and dedicated workspace - pool and back garden facing.

Relax in a lush private garden with a swimming pool, outdoor firepit and barbecue area. Guests have full private access.

Notes:

The main gate and driveway are shared with the primary residence; however, all living spaces, the pool and garden areas are fully private.

Pool safety: The swimming pool is unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times.

No internal cameras or cameras on garden or pool; security cameras only facing parking and Green Belt boundary.

Security: For your peace of mind, the property is fitted with an alarm system and includes 24-hour armed response.

Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning is available on request at no extra charge and can be done while you’re out or if you prefer to be home. All cleanings are pre-arranged at a convenient time, and while we work with trusted, professional cleaners, guests are kindly asked to secure or take valuables during cleaning.

Supplies: A starter pack of essentials is provided on arrival, including tea and coffee, coffee pods, toiletries, and washing machine pods. For longer stays, additional items can be conveniently purchased at nearby Checkers or Woolworths.

Occasional insects may appear due to the garden and Green Belt; the property is regularly fumigated, and insect spray is provided.

As we are located in a leafy residential neighbourhood, neighbouring cats may occasionally roam outdoors. The home is professionally deep-cleaned between stays; however, guests with severe animal allergies may wish to take this into consideration when booking.
