This excellent vacation home—a 125-square-meter modern semi-detached house—has been furnished to a high standard with a personalized touch and guarantees you a wonderful vacation filled with relaxation and tranquility from the very first day.
The first floor features the living room with a fireplace, an open-concept kitchen with
dining area, a guest restroom, and the hallway. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright, spacious bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom. The attic has been designed as a chill-out lounge.
The basement features a second double bedroom and another shower room. The city center and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. There are several excellent restaurants right in the neighborhood. This vacation home skillfully combines refined comfort with cozy warmth. Very tastefully furnished, you’ll find not only design pieces—some of which were custom-made specifically for this vacation home—but also lovingly selected details that add warm accents. Please note that this vacation home is reserved for non-smokers and pets are not allowed.
