The wellness area (swimming pool (4x7 m) and sauna (coin-operated)) was extensively renovated in 2022 and is shared by all guests of the "Strandhotel."
A washing machine and dryer are available for use by all residents of the building for a fee (coin-operated machine).

A beach chair from the Krebs beach chair rental (dog-free beach / located near the main office at Strandpromenade 8) is available for your free use from April 1 through September 30.
The apartment comes with 2 parking spaces: one in a garage (No. 32) directly adjacent to the building, and another parking space (No. 32) located in an outdoor area across the street from the Strandhotel. This parking space is accessible via the public parking lot; the gate can be opened with the apartment key.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Strandhotel!
