You can conveniently store your bicycles in the building’s dedicated bike storage room. The parking lot, located just a few meters from the house, offers ample parking even for larger cars.

“Villa Mönchgut” on Rügen was built in 2000 in the traditional Binz resort style and is part of the “Parkresidenz am Klünderberg” complex. Thanks to its location on the edge of the Granitz, you can take wonderful walks or hikes through the beech forest from here!

The white sandy beach, the pier, and shopping options in the idyllic center of Binz are about a 17-minute walk away. Strolling past the impressive villas or enjoying a cappuccino on the promenade while watching the island life go by is a wonderful vacation experience!

Our modern vacation apartments in “Villa Mönchgut” feature high-quality amenities and charming, furnished balconies or terraces. A locked storage building is available for bicycles. The parking lot, located just a few meters from the house, offers ample parking even for larger cars.
