The Space:
The Peninsula Lakehouse — the newest chapter in the 5RK Ranch Lakeside legacy! Originally part of our family’s Kobzy Tool Company estate until 1991, this 4BR / 2.5 bathroom / ~2,900 square foot waterfront home has returned home. Positioned as the private book-end of our exclusive 20-acre Round Lake peninsula, it offers guests 240 ft of your own sandy shoreline, a private swim dock with room for securing multiple boats and sweeping lake views with sunrise & sunsets all summer long! Guests will experience a perfect shoreline elevation with virtually no stairs or steep slopes -- and easy access to the full 3,294-acre Round Lake and that it has to offer..
Peninsula Lakehouse details: Sleeps 6–10 in quiet comfort with private rooms for 6+ adults and a bunk room for 4 single adults or kids. Vaulted wood-beam ceilings, dramatic stone fireplaces, walls of windows, a fully remodeled gourmet kitchen (Bluestar range + granite), expansive great room with lakeside dining, screened porch, and lakeside decks.

Guest Access:
Upon booking your stay at the 5RK Ranch Lakeside, the primary point of contact (Booking Guest) of a Guest group will be sent pre-arrival communications thru the channel used to originally book the reservation
Pre-arrival communications will include a cloud-based link to access the 5RK Ranch Lakeside GUESTAPP that is a repository of important information, guidance, and recommendations including the specific rental agreement, house rules / guidelines, and other valuable information with the intention of providing Guests and amazing 5RK Ranch Lakeside experience!!!
If any Guest has any issue accessing the property upon arrival - please reach out (call, sms text, email) directly to the Host for immediate assistance.

For those guests with a need to accommodate ages 0-4, both properties will include a bath tub as well as basic pack and play to help support Guest needs.
For those guests needing a little extra help with regards to traditional bathroom amenities, each 5RK Ranch Lakeside private lake house provides for step-stool for younger guests needing a boost to wash their hands in the bathroom sink, portable shower seats (1-2 in each unit) for those needing in the shower, and an elevator toilet booster seat for those needing a higher seating position with support rails.
5RK Ranch Lakeside is now providing each Guest lake house with a canoe or kayak and SUP as well as a sturdy free-standing rack for storage of these items, secured by lock and anti-theft cable, adjacent to the lighted, private dock accompanying the property.
For those Guests bringing their own boat, our private boat docks provide plenty of secure, boat docking space. And for our Guests wanting to rent a boat for their stay - we offer our Guests a significant % discount against their primary (1) boat rental with our local premiere boat rental partner (a min night stay required).
