N125: Lakefront 3br/2ba Home in Ocean Lakes - "Sandy Cove"

Welcome home to Sandy Cove! This house is privately owned and maintained. We are only in our second year of renting (built in 2024) within the award-winning Ocean Lakes Campground. We are located directly on a pond and are conveniently located within walking distance (5-6 minutes) of the beach, pool, AND campground store.

Our home offers 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, Twin Bunk Bed), sleeping 6 comfortably. A pull out couch does accommodate a 7th guest, but it will be tight. Blankets will be provided, but other linens (sheets, towels, kitchen linens) will not be included. Two full baths (along with an outdoor shower) will be appreciated after a day at the beach. The kitchen is open concept and is fully equipped. It also has a Keurig coffee pot, blender, and air fryer. We have seating inside for 7 in the kitchen. A washer/dryer combo is also offered for your use. Extended cable and Wi-Fi are included. A total of 5 smart TVs are in the home: one in each bedroom, the living room, and in the outdoor living area downstairs. A various assortment of board games can also be found in the living room.

Outside, you can fish directly from the back porch as we overlook the pond. The stilted house provides plenty of covered outdoor entertaining space and parking for up to 3 cars. The covered area makes a great space for unloading your car or hanging out in the rain. If you have additional vehicles or a large trailer, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee applies). Enjoy using the gas grill or just lounging outside while watching TV. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Upstairs, there is a fully furnished front porch that also has a gate to enclose the area so you don’t have to worry about your little ones tumbling down the steps. You will also find a private owner’s deck on the upper level of the back of the house to enjoy the pond, early morning sunrises and sunshine during the day. There are two outdoor eating areas, one by the pond downstairs and one on the upper front porch. Both of these tables seat 6.

Items to Note:
• Renters must be 25 or older to book our home and must be present during the entire stay.
• Maximum occupancy is 7.
• We have a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental from June – August.
• We provide beach chairs and sand toys for the kids.
• A golf cart is NOT provided, but one can be rented from Ocean Lakes.
• We do NOT allow pets.
• There is NO SMOKING inside our home. Smoking is permitted downstairs, outside as long as any trash is cleaned up and removed before you check out.
• No house parties, graduation parties, spring break parties, etc.
• ALL vehicles must be parked on the concrete UNDER the house. Please do not plan to park your vehicles/trailer on the gravel beside the house.
• Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
• ALL OCEAN LAKES RULES AND POLICIES APPLY

PARKING PASS: REQUIRED. All guests must register with Ocean Lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass (parking fee not included in rental fee) and this is payable directly to Ocean Lakes. Visitor fees are $15.00 per night for each vehicle. If using Express Check-In 15 days prior to arrival date, a discount of $3 is applied, making the price $12.00 per night for each vehicle. You may request from us an Express Check-in form with your registration.

Located along the beautiful Grand Strand in North Myrtle Beach, Ocean Lakes Family Campground is a vibrant community known for its stunning beaches, family friendly atmosphere and endless outdoor activities.
