Everything in the apartment is in good condition. If you break or damage anything, a small fee will be charged at the time of checkout.

VERY IMPORTANT
Do NOT throw anything in the toilets.

Disposable wipes
Tampons
Pads
Hair
Any other objects
Nothing should be flushed.
The plumber fee is 300 dollars each time the pipes are blocked.
