Your vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of a small, well-maintained apartment complex and features an entryway/hallway with a coat rack and closet, 1 separate bedroom with a (approx. 140x200 cm) double bed (single continuous mattress) and a wardrobe, a bright and modern living room with a comfortable spring-core pull-out couch (approx. 140x200 cm), a dining table with chairs, a new, modern kitchenette, a TV cabinet, and one armchair with a footrest... The bathroom is equipped with shelves, a shower, a toilet, and a sink. All windows can be darkened with roller shades. The rooftop terrace, accessible from the living room and the apartment’s outdoor area, offers plenty of space in the fresh air and is perfect for sunbathing. Here you’ll find a beach chair, 2 lounge chairs, and outdoor seating... South/southwest-facing....<br><br>Bed linens, towels, a travel crib, and a high chair can be rented for your stay. You can wash and dry laundry in the communal basement for a fee.
