The Space:
With 2,619 square feet of sophisticated living space, mountain vistas, and a private hot tub on the balcony, this two-story 3BR/3.5BA Juniper Landing condo is the ultimate Park City Mountain retreat. The Frostwood Gondola to Park City Mountain is a short walk from your door, and the complex’s heated pool and well-equipped fitness center are steps away. Each serene, suite-style bedroom has a beautiful bathroom and a cozy gas fireplace.
LIVING AREA
Unwind in mountain-lodge style in the sun-soaked living room. A comfy sofa and two handsome armchairs offer plenty of space to gather together. Watch a film on the 57” TV, or sip cocoa and chat while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING
The immaculate kitchen features gleaming granite countertops and stainless steel Viking appliances. A roomy side-by-side fridge and a gas range make meal prep effortless. Plan recipes at the big kitchen bar, where there’s seating for six.
A rich wood table seats six to special meals in the open-concept dining area.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story townhouse sleeps up to nine guests in three suite-style bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own gas fireplace and 48” flat-screen.
Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a stately king-size bed. The en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a water closet.
Another plush king-size bed awaits in the second bedroom, where picture windows offer views of the Frostwood Gondola. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Find a twin-over-queen bunk bed and another twin-size bed with trundle in the third guest room, along with a private balcony. A sparkling tub/shower combination rounds out the en-suite bathroom.
A half bath off the common area features a glossy granite vanity with a vessel sink.
OUTDOOR AREAS

Rental was very nice, you definitely can hear your neighbors and the community garage door opening and closing was definitely a down side. There was 12 people staying next to us with young kids banging around super early in the morning. I also think 10am checkout is to early.

This was our second ski trip to Park City and absolutely loved this condo. It is in an ideal location to the gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain and Aloha Ski Rental. The management company made sure every detail was covered and was in constant communication. The house was spotless and beautiful. We loved sitting in the hot tub each evening as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location but keep it quiet
The condo in relation to the gondola is excellent and the description of the amenities is spot on. But what they fail to tell you is that they have a sound monitoring device in the kitchen so expect to be harassed at all hours of the day if you happen to listen to music on your device regardless of the volume level if the device is near the sound monitor. I received no less that 5 text messages that finally resulted in a phone call - not because someone complained - but because my device was unknowingly near the monitor. Extremely annoying and really unnecessary since all alerts occurred before 10p. If it happened later then I could understand but before 9p? Change the settings if you’re going to eavesdrop.

We enjoyed this large three bedroom condo in the heart of The Canyons Resort. The condo is located just across the street from the Frostwood Gondola which is a short ride to the base and the Orange Bubble Lift. At the end of the day you can ski directly to the bottom and walk across the street to the condo. The condo is well appointed with three large bedrooms, private hot tub, gourmet kitchen and all the amenities you will need for your trip to Park City. Parking for three vehicles was perfect for our family as we arrived and departed at different times and having separate vehicles was very convenient. Definitely would recommend this unit for your family it was great for our party of six but can certainly accommodate more especially in the room with the bunk over queen and separate twin bed which would be perfect for children. The location is great with the Waldorf Astoria across the street with a very nice restaurant. There is also a ski rental facility at the base of the Frostwood Gondola that will hold your ski's for you during your stay.
